We loved the location, a bit noisy early mornings between traffic, bun trucks and people outside but made us get up early and enjoy every bit of Byron sunshine!

Apartment was incredibly dusty and floors and aircons were filthy. Candy wrappers under beds. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Apartment was set up to maximise profit - no charm, sparsely furnished, all amenities were cheap (tiny tv, no beach towels, no spare towels, laundry left in the dryer, toilet not working properly, no aircons in 2 of the bedrooms) V poor front door lock. Common property poorly maintained. No communication from mging agent from Sat afternoon to Monday morning). Not good
Property was in a perfect location. Was spacious and had a great layout for what we needed.
The only let downs were:
1. No gas for the bbq
2. Zero condiments (salt and pepper, olive oil etc) these would have been handy as we were staying long enough that we wanted to cook a few meals but not long enough to warrant buying all of those things then having to throw them out when we left.
3. Upstairs toilet didn’t flush
This property is so central. I was able to park my car up and didn't need to touch it the entire weekend. Great layout and good size balconies. Will definitely book again in future.
Right in the middle of all the greatness Byron has to offer, an easy walk to everything you need. A comfortable unit, including beds and pillows with plenty of space to relax. We would highly recommend.
Perfect location. However very musty smell as soon as you walk in. 3 out of the 6 kitchen chairs were broken, soap dish in shower broken, BBQ only one burner working, outdoor area not cleaned on arrival, tiles missing in bathroom. Even though we alerted the real estate agent on the first day of these issues and gave them access to repair nothing happened.

Loved our stay. Property was modern, clean, spacious and in an excellent location, within arms reach of the beach, shops and restaurants. So easy for young families. Great coffee just outside the front door too at Barefoot Brew House.
