Hardwood flooring throughout living area, game area has bumper pools table and wet bar with beverage frig, 40" HD flat screen cable TVs, sound bar with aux. hook-up, WIFI, granite in kitchen and baths, 1 wood burning fireplace and 1 gas fireplace (brick & stone) and a laundry closet with washer and dryer and Central Air-Conditioning

Outdoor features:
2 lighted decks with picnic table, pub table and stools, lounges, Adirondack chairs with table, covered patio with hot tub, fire pit, propane BBQ grill, large area for horseshoes and corn hole.

Access to private beach on Lake Harmony.
Home Layout:
First Floor: Large fully equipped kitchen with granite counters with seating, sliders to deck, sitting area with flat screen TV and gas fireplace, 2 bedrooms one with queen bed, other has 2 full beds, bath, and laundry closet.

Second Floor: Family Room with flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace, game area with bumper pool and wet bar, 3 bedrooms one with queen bed, one with queen bed and twin bed, large 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed, queen bed, futon(double bed), twin bed with trundle, and a toddler bed. full bath.

Comes with mountain bikes, small crib and pack and play for kids.

Our home backs to a large Boulder field that is an amazing site to see and explore. It is just over a 5 minute walk to Lake Harmony, a private lake that permits fishing, power boats, water skiing and swimming. Our private lake community beach has a swimming area, picnic tables, and beach volleyball court. . Hike the trails Hickory Run State Park and Austin Blakeslee Natural Area both just a few miles away. Ski Big Boulder or Jack Frost Mountains both minutes away which also provide snowboarding and snow tubing. Other nearby local attractions include Pocono Raceway and Split Rock resort. Other activities include snowmobiling, horseback riding, paintball, hiking white water rafting, fishing, hunting, miniature golf, water parks, casino gambling, bowling, movie theatre, multiple golf courses and outlet shopping.

Perfect spot for our weekend getaway! We loved the cozy living room, making fires after skiing. Super close to Big Boulder. Lots of rooms for larger groups!

Great stay!

We had such a great experience staying at this home! We enjoyed sitting by the fire and going in the hot tub. All the bedrooms were spacious and clean. We spent so much time on the large, back deck. I highly recommend this rental!

The house was just as described and very welcoming. My family had a great extended weekend even through the weather didn’t fully cooperate. There is plenty to do in the area and in the house with all of the games that are provided and plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable.

Spacious house for 9 guests that could accommodate more. Convenient location to Jack Frost and Big Boulder. Owner was responsive and very helpful when a minor issue needed repair. Overall, fun time away with friends in the Poconos.

Great Girls (with kids) Trip at the Lake

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain retreat! The home is spacious, cozy, and perfect for a group getaway. We especially loved the hot tub, fire pit, and the two decks—great for relaxing and spending time together. The location is peaceful and convenient, and the layout of the house worked really well for our group.One small heads-up for future guests: while the listing mentions a fully stocked kitchen, we didn’t find some basic essentials like garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, a sponge, or hand soap. Also, towels weren’t provided, so be sure to bring your own. Not a big deal, but good to know in advance!Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely return. Just a few tweaks would make this place absolutely perfect!

House was as listed. A lot of beds to accommodate large groups and kids/families. Great second floor seating area. Did not indicate that linens were not included in the listing, there was a last minute scramble to book rentals. Overall a nice house and close to Jack Frost and Big Boulder.

Lake Harmony Summer Bliss

We had a very nice time in the Lake Harmony area! We enjoyed being on a cul de sac which was quiet during the week but turned into party haven on the weekend which gave us a little less sleep! Better bear proof containers are needed with trash being pulled into the woods, can’t blame the bears! Overall it was a great experience for all our grown kids and grandchildren! Karen and Tom

Perfect location, great house, great price

This house was great for our group. We were 3 families with multiple kids, so we used 3 rooms for adults and 2 rooms for kids. The upstairs living room was a great space to hang out and well stocked with games and puzzles. Clean and exactly as described upon arrival. The hot tub was amazing after a day in the cold skiing. Thanks to the owner for being super responsive to our questions. We had a great two night stay and the price can't be beat. Note to renters: bring everything - linens (including hand towels for kitchen and bath), paper products (paper towels, plates, napkins), dishwasher soap, foil/plastic wrap, plastic containers for leftovers, laundry soap, all toiletries, etc.

Was a nice get away

The house was very clean, spacious, well organized and had a lot of great bed options for families. Our main complaint was that the driveway wasn’t plowed upon arrival so there was a thick layer of ice underneath all the snow which was a pretty big hazard especially with children. There was a shovel located on the deck and some salt that we used to try to melt some of the ice on the steps at the very least. We also were not aware from the initial listing that we needed linens until the host messaged us the day prior. Thankfully we all had extra linens and it wasn’t a problem, so just a heads up for future renters! The host was very pleasant when communicating with her, her responses just took some time which wasn’t a big deal. Overall we had a nice stay and would definitely stay again!

Mom-Mom’s 70th Birthday Celebration

All 16 of us arrived Friday (1/31/20). We were all pleasantly surprised at how spacious the house was for us. Every couple had their own bedroom and there was a bedroom that looked like it was designed for all 8 grandchildren. The children loved the large bedroom. We enjoyed the kitchen area for cooking and it over looked the woods and Sunday morning we had a visit from a deer family. Everything about this home was lovely and it was a perfect place for a special birthday celebration for mom-mom. We are anxious to hopefully be able to rent this beautiful home again the same time next year.
