This newly remodeled two-bedroom apartment is bright and comfortable with a convenient midtown location. Very easy access to grocery stores, shopping mall, banks, restaurants, tourist attractions, trails, airport, ferry, hospital, schools, and bus routes. Enjoy spectacular views of the Tongass Narrows from the kitchen, dining, and living room open floor plan. Large picture windows provide abundant natural light and panoramic ocean views. Enjoy the view from outside as well on a covered wraparound deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishware, glassware, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, blender, microwave, coffee pot, electric oven/stovetop, and full refrigerator. Dining room table seats 4, plus a breakfast bar. Bedrooms are fully furnished with 1 queen bed and dresser in one room; two twin beds and a dresser in one room, with large closets in each. The living room is furnished with a sectional couch with a full-size trundle bed, entertainment center including SmartTV/DVD/Internet. There is 1 full bathroom with a tub/shower and a separate laundry area with a washer/dryer. Linens, towels, and full bedding sets are provided. This two-bedroom apartment has all the amenities of home; cozy and warm decor, new furnishings, an ideal location, plus a beautiful ocean view, making this midtown property hard to beat! Onsite parking is provided. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a walk-up Triplex. Must be able to climb 3 flights of stairs. The reward is the magnificent view that awaits! Stays exceeding 14 days require a signed lease agreement and security deposit.

Incredible view!

My husband and I, along with our daughter, stayed here for 4 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the view can't even be described. It was amazing! But I'll tell you, the stairs were no joke! I read that there were 3 flights, but let me be clear, there were 72 stairs! But the place was worth every step! Hoping to stay here again.

Very nice apartment with a beautiful view. I would say this apartment is not for everyone. It has several steps to get to the apartment and would not be suitable for someone with physical limitations. If no limitations, a great place to stay, close to everything, and a wonderful full view of the Tongass Narrows and Gravina Island.

Great View!

The apartment is situated on a hill overlooking the Ketchikan harbor area. The view really is excellent! The location is also close to shopping, restaurants, and many activities.

Good place to stay

I found this a great place to stay while visiting my grandkids for the weekend. They stay with me when I'm in town, and this was much better than staying in a hotel. We were able to bake and cook when we wanted, and we were in town so it was easy to go out to eat when we wanted. There were some puzzles, books, and toys for the kids to enjoy, and a selection of DVDs and VHS tapes (no cable). Loved having the washer and dryer! Jillian, the owner, is responsive and accommodating, going out of her way to provide a service. Overall, a very good stay. There were some minor disrepairs (broken drawers, damage to walls because of door handles), and that's all that keeps this apartment from being excellent. It is clean, and that's the most important! One thing that others should consider is that there are about 70 steps to this apartment! I remembered to ask about parking, which is convenient, but not steps :) However, once my heavy suitcase was in the apartment, I enjoyed the exercise :)
