My wife and I would like to welcome you to our Art-Deco home in a Historic district called the North End which borders downtown! It is walk-able (sidewalks everywhere) to downtown, walk-able to restaurants like State & Lemp, Jano Jou Patisserie, Cloud 9 Brewery, Starbucks or Three Amigos. Albertsons grocery store is around the corner as well as Family Dollar. 4 blocks away is a gym and we are near the infamous Boise Greenbelt- a paved walkway/runners/bikers path (follows the river for 30 miles!)!!

The adorable and spacious north end cottage with 4 bedrooms and 2 full eclectic bathrooms (one with duel shower heads!). 1 GB High Speed Internet service with ~ 300 MB’s WiFi! This cozy home has two separate living rooms great for entertaining, watching free movies with Roku and relaxing.

Fully equipped bar and gas fireplace to cozy to or set the mood on a cold winter night. Our home also offers a brand new luxurious kitchen with all new appliances, cutlery, spices and necessities to cook a wholesome meal. There are two dining area tables, one off of the main level living room and one next to the bar.

All bedrooms have comfy queen beds with memory foam mattress pads, closets, fans and master bedroom has TV. does a great job of maximizing every square foot for living space.

You will be sure to notice the beautiful original hardwood floors and coved ceilings capturing the 1930s era. There is washer dryer and laundry in the basement which has large egress windows, has canned lighting and gets an abundance of natural light.

The private backyard features a covered patio, BBQ, vegtable and herb gardens and firepit to roast marshmallows. The high speed WiFi also extends to the patio so you can sit outside to work or surf the web while enjoying a morning cup of coffee. There is also a driveway with off street parking!

Great house, great location, great weekend (gotta love that backyard lounge)

We were glad to have found this place - it fit our group and was comfortably appointed - comfy beds, nice backyard, great little kitchen. We spent a lot of time just hanging out in the backyard on the covered patio while the little kids played in the grass. Quiet neighborhood with a lot of interesting little architectural tidbits—a nice place to walk and explore. The house is freshly remodeled and the owners did a great job. Would book again. Mike was super responsive and helpful.

My sisters and I had a wonder stay in Boise. This house is really great! Updated kitchen appliances, upstair and downstairs kitchen. Great neighborhood for biking or walking. Easy access to all major roads and highways. Boise is easliy navigated.

Comfortable, Relaxing Home

We very much enjoyed our stay here, visiting family nearby. The house is very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet - though not very far from restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The backyard is well maintained and its patio was a great space for a family get-together. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Boise.

Outstanding Christmas stay at this property

Mike was outstanding through the whole rental process. The house was just perfect for us to have Christmas in Boise. The two different living spaces made it a great set up to have my family of 5 and the inlaws under one roof for 8 days. This house is in a great location to either go skiing at Bogus Basin and your only 2 miles from downtown. Mike even went out and cut down a perfect Christmas tree for the house. Very nice trip. Thank you
