Cozy holiday home for sports enthusiasts and nature lovers

The house is traditionally built. The bedrooms are on the upper floor, where there is also a cozy place for watching TV or reading by the fireplace. There is also a toilet with two sinks. The bedrooms are distributed as follows: 1x2 bedded room + 1 extra bed, 1x4 bedded room, 2x2 bedded room (walk-through room). In the basement you will find the bathroom with bathtub, another toilet and washing machine. In addition, there is also the spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped and invites you to sit together at the large dining table. In addition to a dishwasher, a stereo system is also available. Our property is large and there is nothing but a meadow behind the house. Especially in summer you can spend happy barbecues here. The romantic idyll is underlined by a brook bordering the property.

Die Lage und das Objekt sind gut, leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt.Lebensmittelgeschäft und Restaurant sind im Ort zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar.Die Austattung des Ferienhauses, wie auch die Küchenausstattung, ist umfassend.

Sehr schönes Familienwochenende.

Wir haben in dem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus ein paar schöne Tage mit unseren Kindern verbracht. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt um gemeinsam zu kochen.

Winterurlaub mit der ganzen Familie

Das Haus war wie beschrieben bzw. Abgebildet. Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert. Die Gastgeberin sprach sehr gutes deutsch und war für Fragen jeder Zeit erreichbar. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Wir sind mit zwei Kleinkindern angereist Hund. Das Haus ist einfach aber funktional eingerichtet. Der Ort selber verfügt über einen kleinen gut sortierten Laden. Der Ort selber gibt aber nichts her. Man benötigt ein Auto, um dort in die Skigebiete oder nahe gelegenen Städte zukommen. Alles aber nicht weiter als 30min. Fahrzeit entfernt. Ein kleines Manko ist, dass man es sich mit mehreren Leuten im Haus leider nicht an einem zentralen Ort gemütlich machen kann, denn es ist zwar eine kleine Couch und auch ein Sessel da. Aber für 7-10 Personen, welche ja laut Beschreibung dort schlafen können ist es dann etwas wenig.

Kurzaufenthalt mit Freunden

Wir haben insgesamt 5 Nächte in Pernink verbracht und waren angenehm von der Ausstattung des Ferienhauses überrascht. Gerade die große Wohnküche lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Verweilen ein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Preiswert und gut

Das Haus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und bietet genügend Platz. Der Kamin ist wunderbar. Es stand genügend Feuerholz zur Verfügung. Skipiste in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es einen schönen kleinen Laden wo man alles notwendige einkaufen kann. Nette, sehr preiswert Lokale in der Nähe. Eine sehr schöne Gegend.

Schöner Winterurlaub

Das Haus entsprach voll der Beschreibung und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. Nach einem Tag im Schnee waren die Abende am Kamin ein schöner Tagesabschluss.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Schöner Umgebung

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir waren mit 3 Familien ( 6 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) vor Ort. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, auch die Betten waren sehr gepflegt und mit einem gummierten Schutz überzogen. Einziger Minutpunkt war leider der Backofen der war ziemlich schmierig.. Es gab auch einen Kleinen Supermarkt im Ort der 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt war. Dort gab es alles was man so benötigt. Die Kommunikation und Hausübergabe war total unkompliziert und problemlos. Die umliegende Landschaft ist perfekt zum spazieren.

Kurzer Snowtrip mit bester Ausgangslage

Wir als 5er Gruppe von Freunden hatten einen super Aufenthalt und einen optimalen Startpunkt, um von hier aus in Klinovec zu snowboarden. Das Haus war ur-gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet mit wirklich allem, was man braucht. Der Kamin war das Highlight. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Ein schönes Haus mit viel Platz

Wir waren insgesamt 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und hatten schön viel Platz im Haus. Insbesondere die große Küche mit Essraum hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider gab es ein kleines Problem mit der Heizung, aber die Vermieterin hat sich sofort darum gekümmert, obwohl Wochenende war. Alles in allem können wir das Haus empfehlen.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Insgesamt war alles super und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Der Ofen im ersten Stock war sehr gemütlich und wir mussten ihn abends anschüren, weil es im Haus sehr kalt wurde. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, weil eines der Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer war. Das war uns vorher so nicht bewusst.

Ideal für ein Wochenende mit Freunden

Spannendes kleines Dorf mit sehr guter Selbstversorgungsmöglichkeit. Sehr herzliche Vermieterin. Großer Garten an einen Bach angrenzend. Lagerfeuermöglichkeit. Ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt. Achtung, ein Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Das sollte man wissen. ;)

Groß und schön

Ein großes, schön gelegenes und preiswertes Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Hier kann man Landhausromantik erleben. Moderne, gemütliche Küche, großer Garten, eigene Garage. Die Einrichtung ist nicht immer ganz neu, aber alles war sauber und zu empfehlen. Sogar ein Pool ist vorhanden - der war aber leider leer. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke und Brötchen gibt es nirgendwo billiger. Der Ort Pernink wartet noch auf den großen Boom ... manche Häuser stehen leer und sind verfallen. Vom Haus aus kann man schöne Wanderungen starten. Mit dem Auto gelangt man in wenigen Minuten in das Zentrum des Erzgebirges, nach Horni Platna/Platten (Wanderung zu den Felsspalten nicht versäumen!) und nach St. Joachimsthal mit seiner interessant-schrecklichen Geschichte des Uranbergbaus. Auch Karlsbad ist schnell zu erreichen und lohnt immer einen Ausflug. Für einen Aktivurlaub ist das Ferienhaus der ideale Ausgangspunkt und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist wie in der Beschreibung angegeben in einem wirklich rundum wohlfühlenden Zustand. Wir werden so schnell wie möglich wieder hin fahren um uns die Gegend noch einmal in Ruhe anschauen zu können. Die Familie ist super lieb, und stets bemüht ihren Gästen entgegen zu kommen. Ein ganz besonderes Lob gilt dem Onkel vor Ort ;-) Ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Man kann es nur empfehlen dort einmal Urlaub gemacht zu haben.

Super!

Das Haus ist in einem top Zustand und sehr gepflegt. Es war alles sauber und sehr schön! Die Zimmer sind groß, die Küche bietet alles was man benötigt und auch der Garten ist sehr groß. Das Haus liegt wie beschrieben in rhuiger Lage, man gelangt aber sehr schnell mit dem Auto an Seen, zum einkaufen oder sonstiges. Trotz der Tatsache, dass wir mit 10 Jugendlichen unterwegs waren, hat die Lage keinerlei Probleme dargestellt. Die Menschen in der Umgebung sind alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit und vorallem der Onkel des Vermieters stand immer mit Ratschlägen zur Seite und hat nach dem Rechten gesehen. Ich würde das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und habe es mit meiner Familie als Ferienort für das nächste Jahr schon in betracht gezogen. Also ist abschließend nur zu sagen, dass das Ferienhaus wirklich erstklassig ist!
