Great villa! Just as described. Clean and modern. Everything in the unit worked. Convenient - you've got the intercoastal waterway behind you and the beach just across the road! The laundry area is right next to the unit which was convenient as well. Each villa has a designated parking spot which also made parking simple. The property manager was so kind and extremely helpful. Overall, my family and I were thrilled with our stay at this unit. It offers the same Boca/Pompano feel I remember from when I was growing up.

The rental ad is a little misleading The unit sits on the opposite side of the highway. The ad leading pictures shows and describes water FRONT property. I believe the owner should be more upfront on the description. When I spoke to the property owner I was told nothing could be done. We had driven 1200 miles for what we thought was ocean and sand FORTUNATELY THE MANAGER of the complex was EXTREMELY helpful and was able to rent us a cottage on the water front.

To Prospective Guests -- The reason the Vrbo Listing's lead photo shows our resort's private beach and ocean is that is where most of my guests spend most of their daylight time. The 3rd or 4th photo within the Vrbo listing looks toward A1A, lush tropical plantings and includes a caption that reads, "View from front doorway looking across street toward pool & private beach." At the top of the Vrbo Listing Headline-Page are bold red letters that read, "3-minute walk to beach from unit." In the Property Description Section, the first subsection header is "LOCATION SPECIFICS". Within this subsection, the first two short paragraphs clearly state that the unit is located on the intracoastal/west side of the resort property. Lastly and most importantly, attached within my Welcome Message is a PDF PROPERTY DIAGRAM that clearly shows the location of the unit within the resort property. I don't know what more I could have done to effectively communicate the location of this unit within the resort property. If concerned, I encourage prospective guests to peruse other Reviews.

The property itself was fine. However, the villa location was not what we expected. I advise that you email the host for specific location. This villa is not on the beach or within a beach view. The host was responsive to our concerns and offered a resolution which wasn't expected but appreciated.

I provide straightforward information in the Vrbo Property Description section. The subsection header, ironically, is "Location Specifics". I also send a Property Diagram that clearly shows the location of the rented villa within the resort property. My sense is that about 5% of Vrbo guests don't peruse the Vrbo listing information, and at least screen-scan the four PDF attachments I send. The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and an excellent location. We especially liked the front porch sitting area to relax after a busy day. Communication from the host was excellent. We appreciated the detailed information and recommendations for shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

This place is truly a hidden gem! Set back on the property, you get privacy with easy access to all amenities. I think the biggest surprise for me was how beautiful the green space is in front of the house. We enjoyed putting around with the putters and golf balls available to use! The house itself had everything you could need on a vacation. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen had all of the necessities. The area itself was also really fun to explore. This rental gave you a quiet oasis close to all of the hubbub. We will definitely be back!

The place is wonderful and contains everything needed to relax and enjoy your stay: a cooler, a full kitchen with cooking essentials, a blender, two types of coffee machines, and a large refrigerator. The beds are very comfortable, and the place is quiet with no noise. Towels were changed and garbage was collected every day. There are two extra-large TVs, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, along with a nice sofa and loveseat.The design feels fresh, new, and beach-style. The lake is in the back, and the pool and beach are just 5 minutes away across the street. If it had a beachfront view, it would be magical. The place is calm, family-friendly, and excellent for kids. I loved our stay and highly recommend it.

The villa was nice and the property was very well maintained and there were almost 0 bugs. They had signs out everywhere that the property had been sprayed. That was very unexpected and very nice.The only issues we had were the doors did not seal well to the villa in the air conditioner could not keep up during the day, even with it turned it up, but at night it got plenty cold. We were also under the impression that the room had a washer and dryer not just one washer and dryer for the complex that was quarters only. All in all, it is a very nice facility and we would absolutely stay there again. The private beach area was wonderful. The ocean was wonderful on the days the weather cooperated it’ll be thoroughly enjoyed the pool.

To Guest ... Thank you for sharing your perspectives with prospective guests and me. My for Prospective Guests... Owner's adult daughters are staying in Villa Y NOW. I'll have them assess situation and accordingly arrange for weather stripping to be replaced on ouside doors (could also be windows). Context - AC unit is only 2 years old, we usually get about 10 years use. As for the washer and dryer misunderstanding, In the "Property Details", "Essentials" subsection, I further described, "There are two laundry huts in resort property. The closest laundry hut to Villa Y is about 20 yards." I also checked off "Coin Laundry". Guest must have inadvertantly missed these details -- communications with them were very responsive, thorough and pleasant as I recall. Sincerely, Tom (Vrbo host) Edit

Everything we needed was there! Bed was so comfortable and home was very clean and was definitely big enough for 4 adults and a baby. Loved sitting by the intercoastal and interacting with the night heron that visits at night and enjoying the beach and heated pool during the day. They even brought us things we needed for the baby!!

My husband and I loved the villa. It was clean and the two bedrooms were spacious. The villa was well equipped with everything to make a comfortable stay. There were toys and other things for a family with young children. They provided clean towels and linens. We loved how close it was to the beach and to restaurants and specially the delicious Peruvian food we found close by. We highly recommend this place and the host and ladies at the office were very nice, polite and helpful.

This was the best accommodation we have ever rented in Florida. A minor issue we encountered was resolved quickly and efficiently by the resort's courteous staff. The beds and linens were excellent, and there was an abundance of towels; the kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cups, and wine glasses—in short, it had everything we could possibly need. The unit featured two large televisions: one in the living room (approximately 70 inches) and another in the bedroom (approximately 50 inches). Essentially, it had absolutely everything—both the essentials guests require and even those things one might not have thought necessary. The furnished veranda was very comfortable and cozy. The resort grounds are simply magnificent, featuring trees, palm trees, and flowers everywhere. There is an excellent swimming pool, conveniently located next to a shower and restroom. The private beach is clean and well-appointed with sun loungers and shade canopies. We highly recommend this resort to other travelers.
