SUMMER FUN For the entire family!!! Snowbird special now available

A perfect getaway with golfing, wine tasting, relaxing,and water sports Beautiful two level property facing the lake lets you sit and enjoy the natural beauty. Two full bathrooms and three bedrooms sleep nine comfortably on the second level. A powder room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, including fireplace are on the main level. A patio facing the lake has a bbq ready for outdoor entertaining. All linen and cooking needs are provided.

For families with young children there is a roped off swimming area and sandy shallow play areas for building sand castles! An amusement park one block away is ideal for evening fun for young and old.

There is On site management to deal with anything that arises. This is a non-smoking resort.
Ideal for summer fun or snowbirds looking to enjoy a winter vacation.

During the winter months ( November to April inclusive) we do require a minimum stay of a month. Join us for lots of activities and events at the resort. Our common room has the morning coffee meeting area. Come stay and make new friends.

Very nice facility we would stay again. Just a couple things, the flooring on steps ( the edging) could use some repairs and dinning chairs very uncomfortable but neither of these hindered our lovely stay.

This property is in the best loaction at the resort. It is right by the access to the private beach accross the street and also near the pool. It has a great view of the beach area and the lake from the patio and the upstairs deck. It was very spacious inside, and I loved that everyone in the resort respected the evening quiet hours (11pm) so we all had great sleeps. We had such a great time here and would definitely go back again!

Perfect location!

This is a fantastic spot for a family getaway. Joanne was very helpful with questions beforehand. The pool on the property, as well as the private park on the lake, were great and convenient to access. No driving around to find parking - just walk across the street and you're there! The townhouse itself is well equipped for sleeping arrangements as well as kitchen utilities. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again!

Just relax!

My girlfriends and I stayed at this property during a mid-week getaway from the hussle and bussle of our everyday lives. This property was perfect for us! There were enough beds for the 5 of us and the 3 bathrooms made it very comfortable. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the lake. We took a daily dip in the warm lake waters but there is also a pool if you prefer that. Overall great property with great location.

We had a wonderful vacation at Casa del Mila Oro. The location is perfect, and the townhouse was very comfortable. We love being able to spend the day at the beach right across the street. And sit on the patio in the evening. The kids love playing on the grass in front of the patio. However, there were a few things we wanted to mention:1. We would have liked to have a keypad on the patio door so that we could lock up easily, instead of having to walk around the entire complex.2. The garage was manual, which was different from our previous stays at Casa del Mila Oro, where we always had a garage with an automatic opener. Although not a breaker, it would have been nice to have automatic.3. The kitchen was not well-stocked. There were no baking sheets, and the cooking utensils were not very good. The garbage can was also tiny, so we had to buy another one so that we didn’t have to empty it constantly.4. There were no BBQ tools.5. The sheets on the bunkbed looked like they were not replaced with clean ones.6. The towels had stains, and even after we washed them, the stains remained, so maybe they need to be replaced.7. The Wi-Fi was terrible, so we couldn’t actually use it.

Don’t hesitate to book this property. The owner is very quick to respond and the location is fantastic. The only thing I would say is the unit isn’t quite as well stocked as we were expecting. Bring extra garbage bags dishwasher soap washing machine soap any spices you may want...oh and a wine bottle opener...lol.

We were surprised at the size of the townhouse. Pictures usually make rooms look larger than what they are. In this case the rooms were larger than what we expected. Everything was great. We all enjoyed it. There were 6 of us staying in the unit and at least 3 more adults could have stayed with us. There is a small beach and dock right across the street from the property we booked. My 2 grandkids (5 & 7) loves it. Main beach is a little over 1 mile or 1.6 km from property. Grocery shopping nearby. Wine tasting nearby. Restaurants nearby. We loved Diamonds on Main Street. Joanne the owner of the property was great to deal with. She told us all we needed to bring were beach towels and everything else was provided. She was right. Lots of dishes, bowls, pots, pans etc. We didn’t use the BBQ but there is one outside along with table, chairs and sun umbrella. All in all we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay
