Thanks Jamie! We're glad to hear you enjoyed our little lakeside town and mountain biking in summer, we'll see you next time for your next holiday! From the team at Accommodation Jindabyne
We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for two families, with plenty of space and a warm, welcoming lodge feel. It had everything we needed for a snow trip including drying room. We’d definitely stay again. The only thing we missed was having firewood provided, especially in winter.

So pleased you had a comfortable stay – thanks for the great feedback.
The house is older style but maintained, well provisioned and clean. It had a great space for our crew with the pool table and deck space most used. Perfect communication with the booking teams. Good easy stroll into town. If we needed to suggest anything, the flyscreen or two needed repairing and maybe new pillows??

Thank you for your review and feedback, hope you enjoyed your time here in Jindabyne.
Great house for a big group with some room for improvement
The pros:
- lots of space for a big group
- drying room
- relatively modern kitchen with plenty of plates and bowls
The cons:
- badly equipped with basics considering how much we paid, e.g. only one toilet paper roll per toilet, two dishwashing tablets, one tea towel etc for 8 people over 3 days
- advertising a fire without providing firewood was also a bit lame
- house is quite dated and the carpets need replacing

Thank you for taking the time to review The Lakefront. We agree it is a great space! Thank you for your feedback on the amenities provided, we do advise you in your pre arrival information & the T&C's that we provide you with a starter pack and apologise if this wasn't made clearer. With your feedback, the owner has asked us to supply additional supplies for his property, which we will implement for future bookings. The house will have all new carpets in late October, this was originally slated for 2021 but was delayed due to COVID.
Great place for a family or two to stay. Big dining table to fit everyone and enough plates to go round. The deck has a great view of Lake Jindabyne and the shops are a 5 minute drive away. The flyscreens and doors could do with a little loving especially in bug season. We did have a couple of unwanted guests but nothing major.
We had a great time at Lakefront!
A comfortable, homely place to stay for a family. Check in was easy and painless. plenty of room for a large family, heating was great. Drying room for ski equipment was ideal and the sauna after a days skiing was spot on. Highly recommend.
This is a fabulous spot and has everything you need for a large family get together. The view of the lake from the deck at sunset is magic ! There is some maintenance required, specifically there are many missing slats in the bed in BR 1. I almost fell through while sitting on the bed. Many of the plates are chipped. Also the BBQ had not been cleaned very well. This would not stop me from staying here again though!

Hi Karen, thanks for letting us know about the bed! We'll take a look and make sure its repaired before the next guest.
The owner is in the process of refreshing the property, we'll be sure to pass on the feedback about the plates.
And sorry about the BBQ, these see heavy use in summer. We'll speak to the cleaners about it.
We hope to welcome you back to The Lakefront soon! Thanks for the feedback!

Great well serviced place to base yourself during a ski trip. Short walk to town, a well equipped ski drying room with 8 person boot dryer!! Highly recommended, nice quiet location.
Excellent property and location.
Gas bottle was empty - we filled and were re-imbursed
Only one billiard cue available and incomplete set of balls
No garbage bags - not all heaters worked - needed more kitchen cleaning products
The property was very clean and exactly the same as what was listed online. It was close to town and had very nice views of the lake. Everything you need away from home was provided such as linen and cooking facilities. The house was larger than expected with plenty of space to suit 9 guests. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Great! Lots of room and well equipped.
Great place to stay, lots of room for two families and kids. We stayed here 2 years ago and again last week. There were some improvements with a new configuration and a new tv in the pool room for the kids. Great kitchen and the drying room was a real bonus. Coffee machine too. Hope to be back next year.

Entirely undersold
This place was super undersold. Pool table, games, dvds, awesome views, on the water near a roped off swimming area with a floating picnic table. Clean and well presented the house was huge. Had tools for pushbikes, loads of seating, all sorts. Only minor issue was the upstairs shower pressure/head was a bit hit and miss, the other two bathrooms were great as was the rest of the house.

Pleasantly surprised
We were pleasantly surprised with the property the photos did not do it justice. It was spacious, well accommodated, the hot water came on quick with good water pressure. All the kitchen utensils, crockery and appliances were available. The dry room was great.
