Travelled to this property with 2 families with young children. House was comfortable for all ages and nice to be in a natural, tranquil setting. The Koala's that came to visit were a bonus!!
Could do with a good spring clean.
Otherwise very happy, nice and relaxing.
Thankyou for communicating so well with me,
Katherine.

Nice Stay
The house was very nice but limited in three ways:[1] It has clearly not been cleaned properly in months- there was debris in the carpet and the loo brushes were foul[2] The house was infested with Mosquitos so we had to buy electric repellent[3] There was no outdoor socialising location and no BBQ
When you are staying in a place that requires pumps for potable water you would expect some directions or contact if pumps fail.
Left the night before as toilets and showers and were unable to clean.
No contacts were available.
Disappointed and awaiting a refund.

Thanks for the review Stewart albeit horribly incorrect. You certainly managed to gain access to the property having recieved our email correspondence, its a shame you didn't read that email in its entirety as you would have noticed our emergency contact details, you would also have found same in the properties compendium if you had taken the time to read that booklet.. We are a management company with an office in Sandy Point, we have multiple phone numbers advertised and yet you say you were unable to contact us.
On this occasion we will wave the extra charges for expenses caused and will certainly NOT be issuing any refunds.
A large and comfortable house with resident echidna
We spent four nights at 1 Tecoma Avenue. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. It would have been nice to have had some more comfortable outdoor seating for the five of us as there was nowhere to all sit comfortably out of doors other than an old picnic table with two bench seats. As it' Sandy Point it's an easy walk to the shops and beach, which is all you need. Thank you!
This property is exactly as seen in the pictures. It is spacious, perfect for families and in a great location. The heater is perfect for the cold days and nights. Highly recommend this place
We are a family of 5 and each kid bought a friend so we had 2 adults and 6 teenagers. The layout of the house is excellent with 2 lounge rooms separated by a covered "courtyard" perfect for drying bathers and towels. It's a light filled house with lots of windows and the master bedroom has a nice aspect onto the garden so you can get some breeze and light in, it also has an ensuite. The kitchen in well appointed and has a dining table there which is great as it is separate to the 2 living areas. We used the fireplace on a cold night and it worked well and was well maintained. Our dog loved the holiday, he is a kelpy and was happy to stay outside as he could see is inside and is never happier than when at Sandy Point beach! We liked the location as it was half way between the Surf Club entrance and Ned Neals lookout (the dog beach). There was plenty of space for 2 cars and a boat in the driveway. It was a thoroughly excellent holiday and I would recommend this property to a large family group or even 2 families.
It's a nice property in a great location. Plenty of room for a family or larger party with accommodation for 8.
