Unique Home and View

Modern luxury home set on seven acres of private grounds on the world famous Renvyle Peninsula. The house is located on an elevated site and is approached from a long private driveway. The house affords the most spectacular views from Inishboffin in the south west, to Inish Turk to Achill Island, to Clare Island, Mulranny, to the Sheffrey Hills, to Croagh Patrick, to Mweelrea, to the Maamturk Mountains to The Twelve Bens in the south. A truly unique and spectacular location where history abounds in scenic splendour.

The house itself is 2800 square feet, with sea and/or mountain views from every room. There is a large open plan kitchen, living dining room with a four oven Aga Stove and open fire. There are four bedrooms all very generously proportioned. Bedroom 1 is ensuite and has a full Kingsize Bed. It has Mountain and Lake views. Bedroom 2 is ensuite and has Twin Beds that can be turned into a full Kingsize Bed. It has Sea, Island Lake and Mountain views. Bedroom 3 and 4 share a large bathroom and all three rooms have panoramic views of the entire region. Bedroom 3 is a generous room with full Kingsize Bed and Bedroom 4 has two large Double Beds.
