About this property

Our holiday house for 2-6 persons on the ground floor has a very large living-dining room with comfortable sofa, large dining table, flat screen TV, a separate fully equipped kitchen: incl. Oven and dishwasher and a guest toilet. Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a carefully thought bathroom with shower / WC. A beautiful, south-facing wooden terrace and a beautiful garden with stunning mountain views invite you to relax.

We ask for your understanding that our anti-allergy-friendly holiday home is smoking not allowed. This requires also that pets are not allowed.

Location: Fantastic mountain views, the local leisure facilities, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, Kneipp facilities and hiking trails are easily accessible in a few minutes on foot. Directly opposite the house are numerous hiking trails and the cross-country ski trail.

Urlaub mit Genuss

Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen und sind von der Ferienwohnung begeistert. Unsere Erwartungen, wenn man das so nennen darf, wurden übertroffen. Es fehlt uns an nichts und wir genossen es, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen oder im WoZi, bei einem guten Glas Wein, Karten zu zocken. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben das Haus mit vier Personen angemietet. Das Haus ist liebevoll und modern ausgestattet. Es geht an nichts. Wie haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alles super - besser geht kaum

Objekt wie beschrieben. Hervorragende Lage und beste Ausstattung - alles in Top Zustand und absolut stimmige Atmosphäre. Zweckmäßig und keinesfalls irgendwie überladen - nichts zuviel und nichts zuwenig. Einfach zum Bleiben oder Wiederkommen.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Der Ortskern von Reit im Winkl ist nur einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen jeglicher Art. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir können das Ferienhaus Ulla nur empfehlen.

Alles bestens!!

Die Wohnung war für uns optimal. Toll ausgestattet, sehr gute Lage. In der näheren Umgebung waren alle wichtigen Dinge für mich sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Vorfeld war alles vom Vermieter TOP organisiert. Von freundlicher Kommunikation, über Informationen über Ort und Umgebung bis zur schnellen und konkreten Beantwortung von Fragen. Uns hat es allen sehr gut gefallen. Obwohl wir eigentlich jedes Jahr woanders Urlaub machen, wäre es eine Überlegung wert hier noch einmal einzuchecken, da es noch einiges gibt, was wir nicht gesehen haben.
