This property is located on the 2nd floor. It is full of super fun amenities for year round vacationing: Indoor Pool and Hot Tub, Outdoor Seating and Grilling Area, 2 Theatre Style Movie Rooms, Workout Room, & Fire Pit. Short walk to the farmers market or skating rink and just steps further from South Beach.

Love this South Haven condo!

Love the location, the access to the pool, and the fun atmosphere! The kids think it is super cool to stay in a renovated school and love to be able to swim when we get back to the condo. I love that it is steps from the Farmer's Market and walkable to everything you need in South Haven! Clean, quiet, great communication. We look forward to coming back!

Nice little loft and location

We had a bit of an issue before our trip, misunderstanding is more like it. The owner was great at getting things resolved in a timely manner. Good communication and very nice. Loft was in a good location, close to town and beaches, by car. Loved having a pool and hot tub on the property. Over all a good experience.

Great location!

Within walking distance of restaurants, bars, farmers market and the beach! Did not use my car during my long weekend visit. I liked the ambiance of being in an old school that was converted to a loft condo. Having a pool and spa tub on site was a definite advantage.

Second time back

Second time renting this particular property and had another great experience. The complex is wonderful, with the onsite pool and hot tub in case weather goes sideways. Location is possibly the best part of this property. You are walking/biking distance from just about anything you’d want to do downtown. The condo itself is perfect for a small family. The owner was very communicative throughout the process and answered any questions we had. Would love to come back in the future!

Easy, convenient, and fun!

We loved the location of this property! It was just steps from the farmer's market, an easy walk to food and fun, and you could even walk to the pier and beach! The kids loved having access to the indoor pool and movie viewing rooms and the unit was clean, cute, and worked well for us! Great stay!

Wonderful location.

Wonderful location. Loft was exactly as shown on VRBO. Owner was awesome giving us tips on the area, available to us if needed, and provided a great experience in beautiful South Haven.

Great place to stay in SoHa!

We loved this studio! It had everything we could need for a trip to South Haven. It's the perfect spot for families with young children - our daughter loved having a whole new set of toys to keep her occupied :) The location is convenient to "downtown," and an easy walk to N&R Dept store, restaurants and the Bakery. The dryer runs a little slow, but that's easy enough plan around. Lynn is an excellent communicator - we received both emails and texts - and she was super responsive to my slight user error hiccup in trying to enter the building. Overall, a great stay and we'd love to come back.

Very convenient location, within walking/biking distance of downtown and South Beach. We were able to park the car and walk/bike everywhere for the week! VERY nice and clean condo. Amenities onsite were also great, especially the pool. We had a great time here and would HIGHLY recommend!

Very cool restored high school building - peaceful, fun and close to downtown restaurants and shops.

Without a doubt, we will be back! It was such a peaceful and refreshing stay. We barely left because of the pool and movie theater. This unit was clean and had every amentity that we we needed. We spent a couple nights with our 12 year old son and he wants to come back for a week the next time. When we were pulling away today to drive home he said he would miss that school. Highly recommend. Hope to plan a girls weekend here soon! Thank you Lynn and family!

It is a cute condo, perfectly located to downtown south haven; only 2 blocks away! The pool, patio area is great for soaking up the sun on those not so perfect beach days. I will definitely be coming back to stay!

Enjoyable stay

was a very neat experience--stay in an old school--we were basically the only ones there until closer to the weekend--pool and hot tub were amazing--bed was comfortable--furniture was fairly new--kitchen well stocked--nice fridge/freezer/microwave/stove--was roomy--the lighting was less than desirable but adequate--movie theaters were cool in the old school--would consider returning in future

Why they chose this property

South Haven became a mainstay vacation spot for my family as a child and we still just can't get enough. After years of dreaming of owning a place here, we finally found this unique space and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!
The town has a nice variety of shops, restaurants, and best of all many places with outside seating on or near the water to grab a snack and beer or glass of wine and people watch.
The beaches are beautiful and kept very clean.
The combination of this great lakefront town and the school conversion property is hard to beat!!! You will fall in love with both.

What makes this property unique

What's not to love!? Indoor heated pool and hot tub open YEAR ROUND for your winter days and spring/summer rainy days won't be wasted. There are also TWO movie style theatre rooms for your use. Bring your favorite movies or watch a ballgame and don't forget to grab some snacks!!!
