Affordable whole townhouse and great location in Balanga Bataan!
The house is a few minutes walk to Vista Mall Shopping Center, Transportation Jeep or tricycle leaves every 30 minutes to Capitol drive to the nearby market, hospital, Starbucks, It cost Ph10 pesos by jeep and Ph30 if you would like to ride tricycle. Balanga is known for fresh seafood, the market is open from 5am.
There are Basketball court and Kids playground in the community, Bike or walk around the neighbourhood overlooking the mountain where you can see the cross of Mt Samat.
There is 24 hours Spa massage place across the road and 24 hours McDonald at Vista Mall. 24 hours Gate Securities and roaming every couple of hours around the block, there are cameras around the neighbourhood too.
The bus can drop you in front of Camella Balanga as long as you inform the Bus Driver, Jeep arrives at the terminal, the tricycle can go inside as long as they leave their ID at the gate before entering Camella.
La Vista Inland Resort is across Vista Mall, Wave pool, a lake where you can go fishing, Zipline, Wedding function.
