Cozy Clean Remodeled Condo features; Queen Bed, 2 pillow- topped Twin Beds, Queen Sleeper Sofa, roll out twin, New Washer & Dryer, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Granite Counters with Stainless Whirlpool Dishwasher, Refrigerator/Freezer, Stove, and Microwave. There is Large Kitchen Pantry closet, 3 Flat Screen LED HDTV's, plus 3 DVD players in each room. Includes Wireless High Speed Internet & Cable, Guest bedroom includes Roku for streaming, Both Bedrooms host Large Walk-In Closets. The complex has 2 swimming pools on property, with one being directly around corner of our building. Each unit has private gas grill, but municipal picnic tables & chairs throughout property.Also Boasts 3 Deep Water Piers for Sunset or Wildlife Watching! Fishing too (with local license)

We have stayed here for three years in a row. We love the condo, the two pools that they have. It’s nice quiet area at night. Plus it’s right in the middle. Go to the right we have Clearwater Beach go to the left, it’s past a grill and everything in between. We love staying here.

Great condo!

Very clean, fully equipped, great location, nice pool, friendly residents... We were very happy with our choice to stay here. Great walking neighborhood...stores, restaurants, mini golf, parks and beach within a short walk. Definitely would stay here again!

Tina is a great host. She is very welcoming and ready to help at any point. Condo was exactly as described in posting. Spacious, well equipped, cold in a summer heat. We spent 12 days there and it was one of the best vacations we had. There was one "natural cause" event that happened and Tina solved it in a minutes, I can say almost before it happened. I highly recommend this condo, and in general the whole complex there, to whoever wants to spend some nice time in Madeira Beach, FL, but not limited to the other Towns and Cities.Tina and her condo are 5 stars.

We love the condos, we think it’s in a great location. Access to so many beaches, restaurants, shopping and some nightlife… the condo itself is quiet and relaxing. Love the 2 pools and the gated community..

Family vacation

Our second year staying at the yacht club. We love the location and the condos are always wonderful. The two pools are a wonderful addition. Access to all the beaches. We’ve even thought about buying a condo at the yacht club. Just a nice, relaxing place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Yacht club. Although the property is damaged by the hurricane, the second floor units are good and the pools are open. There are all the things we needed for the stay. The beach is 10 minutes walk. The grocery store is closing, unfortunately. In a year there will be a new one. Excellent location for everything.

Florida Getaway

Property was clean and well stocked for what you needed during your stay. Tina was very responsive. Walking distance to grocery & drug store for all your supplies. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Property was as expected from previous experience. Always had a good experience and communication with the host. Weather was great, yacht club and surrounding area remains the same and hope to come back in 2025 and stay again.

Comfortable, well appointed condo in Madeira Beach

Tina’s condo was clean and comfortable with all sorts of great amenities, right down to the shampoo and salt and pepper. Comfortable beds. Great sheets and towels. More than enough plates, bowls, silverware. Excellent communication with owner. Perfect location, near a grocery store, restaurants, and a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach.

Great Condo!

Was so happy to find this rental for Spring Break 2022. The condo was just as described in the listing, very clean and comfortable. There is a well equipped kitchen and the beds were ok to sleep on (did not pull out the sofa bed). The beach was close enough to walk to (about .37 mile away). Plenty of shopping nearby (CVS, Winn Dixie, pizza, Thai, etc.). Pools were small but clean. We would definitely book this condo again.

Working Vacation

We have stayed 2 yrs in a row at this condo for 3 weeks. We are thoroughly satified with the amenities, location, cleanliness, and attentiveness of the host. This year the hurricanes did a number on the area and Yacht clubs offerings. With that said, I cant really complain about anything. drinkwaleverywhete

sofa and kitchen chairs were stained but not dirty. Pots and pans could have been a complete set lids didnt fit. Other than that was as listed.

An OK place to stay for a few nights. Host was great. Lots of dishes.Appreciated the dish soap, TP, paper towels. Pros - centrally located, heated poolsCons - still recovering from the hurricane, so some area shops etc aren’t open. Not their fault. Pro - construction was very quiet, respective and didn’t start very early. Pro or Con - mattresses are super soft. I always like to know this ahead of time which is why I mention it here. Some folks love a soft one.

Proche de tout

Emplacement idéal , pas trop de monde à la plage . Tout peut se faire à pied(épicerie, pharmacie, restos). Système de trolley pour aller à John’s pass ou à pied (30 minutes).Le condo est propre et très bien équipé (cuisine, serviettes, équipement pour la plage). On s’y sent en sécurité. Tout le complexe est bien entretenu. Les gens sont sympathiques et de bonne humeur.

Great location getaway

Everything was very good here and as promised, but no view at all. Clean pool, very well equipped kitchen, and beach supplies, everything nearby from beaches to grocery to restaurant. One big complaint, bed seemed new, but way too soft for my needs.

Property is amazing

Tina was a huge help and very quick with her response. We even extended our stay because the days were available. Everything was very clean. The guest room has toys for the toddler and beach essentials. Gated community was very nice and fishing was extremely convenient. We will be back!

We loved Madeira Beach!

The condo is well equipped with linens, kitchen items and beach/pool items. Easy walk to the beach and surrounding neighbourhood. Great restaurants and shops to enjoy at John's Pass. The park across the road is wonderful!

Excellent!!

We had such an amazing vacation! The condo is exactly like the post, check in was super simple! We had trouble getting through the gate our first time and two different couples from the club out walking, came over to help us, everyone was so friendly! The gated community was awesome, our daughters, 8 & 11, felt comfortable bouncing around together and I wasn't worried. The walk to the beach, grocery store, liquor store and CVS was all short and enjoyable. We had a couple questions while we were there and Tina replied immediately each time, she has been super to work with. I recommend renting this unit, it us right next to one of the pools which was really nice. We grilled 4 or 5 times and there is a nice tabe by the grill
