Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No complaints over all. A few things needed repair and they responded reasonably. Clean neat and very comfortable for our 5. The location only a few minutes from the beach, groceries, and entertainment. A few suggestions for the kitchen. A colander, measuring spoons, a large 8 qt boiler pot. I would stay here again. The folks at the office were very helpful and friendly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Havens 1215 was a nice place. It has a lot of potential. The property could be stocked up a little better. We were looking for cutting boards and noticed they had none. A few other kitchen gadgets would be great. The back porch was wonderful. Sprinklers come on at night and hit the side of the location which can scare people not used to it. Quite a few ants and other bugs at the location. Pools were nice. Overall a good place.
