Staff was friendly and helpful, when asked for towels, coffee items were provided. The location was nice, pool and spa were enjoyable. Suggest sweeping front entrance porch and steps. Three of the bathroom doors wouldn't shut completely. All rooms had spiders, purchase an vacuum to sweep up the spiders on ceilings and walls and clean floors. The outside grill was unclean, rusty and not fit to attempt to cook on. Suggest Inn purchase a new grill with cover and staff clean grill daily if needed.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We had a memorial event at the Boatyard, and Kim went so far as to make my mother's potato salad recipe! The property is beautiful and the Inn is charming and comfortable.
