The neighborhood is quiet, with pharmacies around, bakery and kiosk right around the corner and a big supermarket 5 minutes away.Spacious 2 bedroom apartament near the centre of Larnaca. The flat offers free WiFi, TV & a free private covered parking. All of the rooms are fully air-conditioned clean towels and linen are provided. The apartment has been recently completely refurbished and features a new modern fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, spacious open plan dining room and living room area opening front balcony which is complete with new modern and comfortable furniture. There is a safe for valuables.

Brilliant

Property was fantastic alot bigger than expected, it was clean and well maintained, there was plenty of things close by like a mall supermarket food and drink establishments, the only lesser point was the parking, if u can park on the offroad parking it's not great few times had to park on main road around the corner, other than parking I cannot fault anything and will happily stay here again

Amazing flat

Clean, spacious to be honest I didn't expect to be so cool and modern equipped, needs some improvements at the shower cabin which is very small.. I will rate this flat 9/10..

It was hard to communicate with the guest as he did not answer telephone call or sms.On the day of his departure, he also did not answer me about the time of leaving the apartment and I could not say where to leave the keys.When in the afternoon the cleaning lady came to the apartment, the guest was still there, although he mast to leave before 11.00 in the morning.the guest paid extra for the late check-out and the apartment was left clean, but if I had the following guests that day, then him independent stay more than the prescribed time would create problems for me.I can’t recommend him as a good responsible guest.
