About this property

A true paradise

Land bordering the Maravilha river with total privacy and security
The grove of waters is a real piece of heaven! Quiet, beautiful, passes a river on the property. It has a closed local forest in front that is very fresh. At night the noise of the river sends us a light rain that influences a light and cozy sleep. At night the temperature drops quite lightly: cold and covered clothes. When we get to the gate you can't see anything down there (the house is in a valley), but just get down for the charm to happen, we come face to face with a wooden deck that provides WONDERFUL pictures. The river is clean and shallow, but has a light current. The BBQ area below is very delicious, burned floor delight of barefoot. The cleanliness of the house is impeccable, and the decor is rustic gives us the feeling of joy on Sunday at grandma's house.
