About this property

Cozy apartment for 2 persons with mountain views, 200 m to Ski and Hiking area

Our accommodation is a cozy, lovingly furnished apartment for two people in a great location. Within a five-minute walk you can reach the cable cars, the moor and the town center with a bakery, grocery store and restaurants.
It is located in a quiet house with several other apartments and can be reached via a few steps in the second of three floors. There is a common living and sleeping area with separate kitchen, hallway and bathroom (shower). From the balcony you have a beautiful view towards the center of upper yoke and on the opposite mountain Ornach.

In the basement there is a drying room and a ski storage room. There are also possibilities to store bicycles or a stroller. A (coin-operated) washing machine.

Parking is located in close proximity to the house.

Und so ist auch die Liebe zum Allgäu bei mir gewachsen. Wir nutzen die FeWo gerne auch selbst um ein paar erholsame Tage zu verbringen. Die Lage und die Natur genießen wir sehr. Für unsere Kinder ist es wie ein zweites Zuhause.
Unsere Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und man hat alles was man braucht. Vor Ort haben wir eine liebe Ansprechperson, die sich um die Schlüsselübergabe und die Endreinigung kümmert. So können wir den Ort, den wir so sehr lieben auch an Sie vermieten.

Unsere Ferienwohnung hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.
Sie ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig für ein bis zwei Personen eingerichtet. Gepflegt und sauber.

Wir lieben die absolut tolle Lage. Im Winter zum Skifahren können wir das Auto einfach stehen lassen. Wir laufen direkt vom Haus mit unseren Skiern bepackt zur Piste und erreichen diese in kürzester Zeit. Bei viel Schnee können wir bis zur Haustüre fahren. Haben wir einmal etwas vergessen, oder möchten wir zu Mittag in die Ferienwohnung ist das kein Problem durch die nahe Lage zur Piste.
Im Sommer wandern wir gerne um Oberjoch herum. Auch mit dem Fahrrad, untergestellt im Keller können wir die Umgebung super erkunden.
Wir lieben einfach Oberjoch, die Landschaft und die Menschen dort…
