New Condo a few steps from the beach with all the amenities you will need for your stay and forget about everything but having a great and relaxing time.

The apartment is cozy, comfortable and will make you fill at home. It have a small private terrace for enjoying the sea breeze while drinking a cup of coffee or a beer.

It have a comfortable goose feather Sofa where you can relax, read a book or watch a movie in the Smart TV.

The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen with Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Cooking utensils, Cofee Maker, and a Washing/Drying Machine for doing your loundry.

The Bedroom include a Queen Size Bed with high quality microfiber bed sheets.

There is a Ceiling Fan and Air Conditioner in the living room and in the bedroom so you can use whatever you prefer.

You will have at your disposal Bathroom Towels, Pool Towels, Beach Chairs and Umbrella.

The apartment also have a washing center

The Condo have a large pool with a dedicated lap Lane, a small palapa and chairs for enjoying the Sun.

There is a beautiful Solarium in the Top of the building with an incredible Seaview where you can make a barbecue and enjoy the Sunset.

The condo is located at 8 minutes of Progreso Pier where you can find a lot of local restaurants that offer service in the beach.

Excellent

A very nice condo on the third floor and well equiped and modern. Good parking and easy driving distance to many attractions and beaches. It is unfortunate that the local beach at the end of the calle is not useable. The live music from the Crocodile bar on the weekends is also quite loud and distracting. Overall though a very good two weeks.

Condo is as pictured

The only complaint we have is that the internet signal is very weak and some days not available at all from the condo unit. We had to go to pool area and connect on the poolside public signal.
