There is no clear ocean view from this property! The photos showing the ocean from the front veranda are misleading due to all the trees and vegetation blocking the beach view. However the walk to the beach is almost straight across the road so that was a bonus.The outside of the unit especially around the back could do with some regular gardening maintenance.The unit itself was okay, clean tidy and everything you could want to be self sufficient. It is a bit older in design however the bathroom appears to be a newer addition. The tv in major bedroom was not working, we notified real estate so hopefully that will be repaired before the next booking is made. Overall it was a pleasant stay but not in walking distance to town or major attractions

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed there over the weekend, and the property desperately needed a deep clean. We found spiders, dust caked on eveything, all the dishes/cutlery were not very clean. No garbage bags, linen was not supplied and it was not stated on the original ad. The location is great but overall disappointed with the cleanliness. The real estate weren't overly welcoming either, just gave us the keys and that was about it.

We stayed here over 4 years ago, the only thing that has been updated is the price.
