Queen bed with luxury bamboo bedding, California closet, pull out couch for guests, Hunter Douglas blinds, island kitchen bar. This is a new quality build that is a modern and clean space. All you need is groceries and your clothes and it is ready for you to stay. If you require a longer stay than what is specified on the calendar - please send note to owner. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Hospital.
The Suite is located in the neighbourhood of Belgravia in Edmonton, Alberta. Belgravia is living on a tree-lined street surrounded by charming, character-filled homes. Named after the ritzy area of London and established in 1912, Belgravia is located in the south central part of Edmonton. It is sandwiched between the main University of Alberta campus and the south campus. Belgravia is bounded by University Avenue to the north, Belgravia Road the south, RIver Valley to the west and 114 Street to the east. All bed linens are luxurious bamboo. California Closet. Hosts were amazing. The unit was VERY spacious. Lots of places to charge electronics. Only issue that was fixed as quickly as messaging hosts was the AppleTV remote not working. Just needed to be charged. I also topped up the charge on the remote for the next guest It’s a lot easier to get to this unit by the alleyway!Highly recommend this unit
All I can say is it was fantastic, clean and cozy. It is a quiet location and walking distance to Seville (save $ on parking) and Tannis was so quick with responding with my questions. I will definitely be back next year for a longer duration.
From the booking online to the communication with Tannis, our first experience with VRBO was excellent. I highly recommend this property for ease of access to U of A, the hospital and restaurants and shops. Meets the listing and more! Clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Edmonton.
Great place for two active people to stay. Upstairs in a new suite within easy walking distance of public transport. Space to park our vehicle, and all requirements met. Lovely place to stay in Edmonton.

Great place to stay.
Great place for two active people to stay. Lovely upstairs apartment, with parking space too. Easy walking distance from public transport into the city centre or university. Wonderfully quiet place to stay.
