Welcome to this spacious Arcadian 12CD four-bedroom, four-bathroom oceanfront condo offering breathtaking views from a private 12th-floor balcony. With 30 feet of direct beachfront overlooking Myrtle Beach, this beautifully designed condo is ideal for large families and group getaways seeking comfort, space, and convenience. Million Dollar View!!!

I have to start with the 8 sliding glass door that line the great room. The view was absolutely amazing!!!The space is roomy and we enjoyed our stay. We had some issues during our stay and the property management was incredible and responsive.We loved the private beach and the fact that you can rent/reserve beach chairs and umbrellas.We definitely will be back!

Family trip

Beautiful place! Plenty of space for a large family and great location. It would have been nice to have a washer and dryer in the room..there is one on the same floor but you have to pay for it. We look forward to staying here again!

Celebrated My Mom's 70th Birthday and My Husband's Birthday! Wonderfully Beautiful Stay!

Our time here was simply amazing! Everyone had a wonderful relaxing stay! We had one little hiccup with the tv's but someone was right out and took care of it for us and he was so very friendly! I would definitely stay here again!

Only issue was that washer and dryer are coin operated and that detail wasnt stated when it said that ammenity was avaliable on the online description. Guest bathroom handle was detached at the time of arrival and despite request for it to be fixed it was not done so during our stay.

Beautiful View

Large unit that has a panoramic view of the ocean. Well appointed and comfortable. Great views of the sunrise/sunset and moon over the ocean. Same beauty from a walk on the beach. Close to shopping and entertainment; short drive to North Myrtle Beach.

Great Location

The location was perfect with direct views of the ocean and there were restaurants and things to do within close distance. The place was clean and very nicely updated. The balcony was large and had amazing views of the ocean. We did have issues with the code to the front door not working but that was eventually corrected. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

Beautiful Unit and Location

Overall, we enjoyed time spent in this unit. It's location to surrounding shopping, eating and shows was great and the view was spectacular. We had minor issues (accessing main door building due to incorrect code/lack of blankets/television issues) that we rolled with but overall we would stay here again due to the set-up being perfect for our group. The unit and furnishings is beautiful.

We loved it here!

We had a simple & amazing experience here! Plan on booking again next summer! Perfect condo & perfect view! Love the easy access to the beach and the near proximity. Quiet neighborhood but quick to anywhere you needed or wanted to go. The only issue was the outside balcony railing and our 1 & 2 year old. The rails felt very far apart so we couldn’t trust them to be on the balcony without being held.

Enjoyed our time there.

Definitely love the view and the two condos put together was perfect for our blended family. Everything was well stocked. My only complaint was the front two bedrooms were hot. It didn’t feel like it was getting much air conditioning, putting a fan facing from the common area to the bedrooms helped During the day and keeping the curtains closed in the bedrooms. Other than that, that was my only complaint.

Excellent location, vast living area with caveats

Ideally situated at the north end of Myrtle Beach with pretty much everything close by. Very comfortable living area even for a large group of 13. Main concern for us was the balcony as the railing is very dangerous for young children. Our three-year old was small enough to slip through the rails as the spacing between them is not standard (approx. 6 inches). For peace of mind, we installed a plastic netting. Kitchen is very well equipped but was lacking towels which we had to go buy ourselves. Apart from that and the fact we had TS Debby as a roommate, we enjoyed our stay and the facilities.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great. The condo was in a quiet, but convenient, location and the beach was not overly crowded. The condo didn’t seem overly booked so that may have helped. I liked the access codes so our teenagers could come and go without worrying about keys. The unit was beautiful and clean with plenty of seating for dining and hanging out. We loved the spacious balcony and enjoyed many coffees and evenings overlooking the ocean. The only two things to mention is the AC in the bedrooms was not consistent. Some rooms froze while others were hot. We did notice the filters are overdue for changing. Also, there were many electrical outlet that didn’t work. Those were pretty minor and we would consider staying here again the next time we plan to come back to myrtle.

It wasn’t vacuumed, the tile floors and pantry had visible dirt on them. The balcony rugs were dirty with plant leaves. Two bathroom sinks and a shower were plugged. Had to get drano. Shower curtains were mildewed. One toilet leaked. Coffee pot had dried up grounds in it. A bathroom light didn’t work. So I wasn’t happy walking into that for 3400 dollars. The condo is nice, roomy and a great view and location, but noone should walk into a mess like that.

Disappointing stay

We booked this condo as a splurge over other cheaper options because we messaged the host & they confirmed a heated outdoor pool and luxury experience. Unfortunately, it didn’t deliver. Upon arrival, we couldn’t park because the parking pass was locked in the building with no way to get in. You were told to go to security to get access security was not on premises. He arrived later by that time we were already getting the code to enter.At check-in, the condo was still filthy with a cleaner rushing to finish 1.5 hours later. 2 of the 4Toilets didn’t flush, 2 of the 4 showers didn’t drain, and communication was slow and confusing. We spent half our trip with only two working bathrooms for nine people, both located inside bedrooms. Maintenance came but issues took days to resolve. The outdoor pool was also not heated despite being told it was, and the outdoor restroom code didn’t work, meaning trips to the top floor just to use the bathroom. The condo itself was dirty and clearly needs a deep clean — dust, grime, and hair everywhere. Supplies were extremely limited. Washer and dryer are coin-operated across the hall (not inside unit as implied). On a positive note, the balcony view was stunning and the direct beach access was great. However, the property does not match its “luxury” description or pricing. I would not recommend this unit unless major changes are made. I was told several times that management would reach out and they have not. Vrbo was no help.

Master bathroom, the day we arrived the cleaner on the premises kept saying I don’t know what to tell you. The previous guest stayed later and destroyed the place and it was Easter Sunday and he couldn’t get anyone to come and help him.

It is a double condo, so it fits my family. The first time I stayed, the condo was super clean. This time not so much. The refrigerator was filthy. The beds still had sand in the sheets, so I don't know if they were even changed. The couch had a terrible smell to it. There were no washcloths for the kitchen, no washcloths in the bathrooms. Then security said the access number we used to get into the building is not correct and would not let my daughter in the building until she talked with me. In the end, it was the correct code, the security was just rude guy throwing his weight around. I will not stay here again. Alot has changed in a years' time. First time was great, second time was definitely not worth the money I paid for this.

We were very disappointed in the quality of the internet connection. We were a 4 family group with 5 kids 2 or younger with 4 baby monitor cameras. Due to the internet being a "guest" hookup we were unable to not only not hook up the cameras but also were unable to stream through the TVs (even though the TV was fully capable). Also, the apartment HVAC was awful. Although the main common area was like an ice box all of the bedrooms were at least 10 degrees warmer which made the sleeping experience less than desirable. Also, the pool was shutdown for 2 whole days because the "emergency phone wasnt working". From what we were told this is a "state law". But, this was very inconvenient because in the 90 degree heat we couldnt bring the young kids into the pool for over 2 days because a silly phone wasnt working, especially when everyone has cell phones. This may have been a one off type scenario which i hope it is because its a great spot for the price that you pay.

Dirty and outdated

80% of the reason we chose this condo was for the balcony. There is no doubt that the view is stellar and the balcony is large. But the thick, comfy-looking cushions that were shown in the pictures online are definitely not the same ones that are now on the patio. The cushions are so thin that you can easily feel the hard furniture underneath, making for an uncomfortable sitting experience. The wicker on the patio chairs is starting to come apart and the outdoor rugs are completely worn and fraying and desperately need to be replaced. The patio doors are terrible. I understand that there is wear and tear from the salt water in the ocean but they are completely peeling and look terrible and to get in and out of them is difficult. We had children and elderly adults with us who couldn’t open the doors by themselves. They are heavy and since they don’t glide easily, they’re very difficult to open and close. We had a friend who is local and brought us some WD-40 to at least prevent the squeaking but it didn’t help with the ease of opening the doors. The condo itself is large and the bedrooms a very good size and that was a big bonus. The linens and the bedroom furniture are outdated, but that is something I can live with. The arcade in the extra dining area doesn’t work at all. You can imagine how disappointing that was for two young kids who couldn’t wait to get here based on one of the pictures in the listing that prominently features this arcade. The kitchen is extremely lackluster for a luxury condo. The stove and the dishwasher are quite outdated and the dishwasher moves in and out of the wall. The kitchen is tiny for a large condo and there’s only one way in and out making it extremely difficult to prepare meals together as a family. The kitchen had a general dirty feel to it as the pots and pans were old and had burn stains and caked-on food from previous tenants. There were crumbs in the cabinets and it lent to a dirty overall feeling. The bathrooms in this condo were very disappointing. They had an old, dirty look to them as the grout on the tile was old and outdated and no amount of scrubbing would get out that dirt. There was actual dirt caked in the corners of the bathrooms. I had one of the master bedrooms and ended up using a different bathroom because to get in and out of the bathroom was so tight and closing the door felt claustrophobic. I wish I’d spent my money elsewhere.

Great View of the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great space, both inside and on the patio overlooking the beach. The Condo is comprised of 2, two-bedroom units. Each unit has its own air-conditioning system, which keeps the main room cold, however it struggles to cool the bedrooms. Fortunately, there were 4 fans to assist moving the cooler air into the bedrooms.A downside is that there is not a washer/dryer in the unit. There is a commercial pay as you go washer/dryer on each floor of the building.
