Incredible home and location

We truly enjoyed the home and the property. It was very spacious, had a lot to do inside and outside. Beautiful views. Wonderful condition. The surrounding area was also very enjoyable.

Family retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway on the Cape staying at this lovely house. Great house for kids as well as adults. Not suited for elderly as there are many levels of stairs.

Excellent location,spacious rooms

The property has great views over Pleasant Bay with a lovely wrap around porch at the front.Perfect for evening BBQs. Spacious and comfortable sitting areas,fairly well equipped kitchen.Four good sized bedrooms an another couple of smaller rooms more suited to children. Overall a really neat ce property which would be ideal for larder family groups

Fantastic House for extended family vacation!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. It was so peaceful to sip coffee on the porch looking out over the bay. The house has tons of room to read, play games and relax. The entire group loved evenings in the finished basement/game room. We had pool tournaments, watched movies, played cards and had amazing family time where everyone could join in the fun. We loved it!

Great spot for a family vacation

This property was the perfect spot for our annual family vacation. The home had all of the amenities we needed, and then some. The in-home movie theatre was an extra plus! And we were just a short walk to the neighborhood beach, making this an ideal spot to come with both older kids and younger ones. My only caution for future guests is that the stairs in this house can be a little tricky, so use caution. But otherwise, we had a wonderful stay here!

Beautiful Property

Our group of 6 girls decided to choose Cape Cod as our girl's trip destination for 2023. After a lot of research we chose the town of Orleans and this house. Orleans was a perfect central location. The house exceeded our expectations - we didn't think the pictures did it justice. The views are way better than the pictures. We had a few issues - one was lots of ticks in the backyard - which we called into the management company. They immediately addressed the situation. We also had an issue with the main TV which was fixed the same day. We appreciated their quick response. It would be helpful to have a book about the house. We were lucky we had a techie that helped figure out the theater - which was a huge hit! We were also confused about how the a/c worked - but we got lucky and didn't need it. I can only imagine this is an amazing house for a family - the game room looked like it would be a ton of fun. We would highly recommend this property.

This was the perfect house for my family gathering. At first I was anxious because of the price, but we all had a WONDERFUL stay. My grandkids ranged in age from 10-20, and they ALL loved the rec room and theater. The back deck was great for gathering, the kitchen was big enough to all work in, and the location was so quiet and beautiful, but close enough to necessary shopping. Del Mar was very responsive to our questions and requests.

The property is gorgeous. The landscaping created an excellent first impression. The home is beautiful in many respects. There are many stairs in this split-level design. Unfortunately, we traveled with a very active toddler (18 months old). The stairs were treacherous for her and she needed constant supervision. The up-side is that the size of the home and the amenities ( theater room, game room) was perfect for our large family.One bathroom, off the kitchen, was in poor condition. The tub was unusable since the stopper lever was broken. In addition, the shower head did not appear to be firmly situated on the wall. To top it all off, there was no spindle in the toilet paper holder so the t.p. sat on the bathroom sink the whole week. These "glitches" are not reflective of a luxury property nor was the condition of the gas grill and its utensils which we complained about and was rectified. Thank you for prompt attention to our complaint.

Beautiful House

We were a group of 12 guys in our 30s. The house was even better than the pictures. The movie theater was awesome and the recliners were top notch. Fooseball and pool table kept us busy. Excellent poker table as well. Huge back deck. Plenty of room to spread out in the unique layout. Very clean and updated. Not much of a yard, but the house is so nice it doesn’t matter.

Great for Multi-Generational Families

Our group of 13 ranged in age from 14 to 80 and there was plenty of space to gather inside and out along with space to chill whenever you needed some quiet time. The short walk to the neighborhood's bay beach was a bonus as well as the conservation trail for easy hiking. The house is well appointed and always appreciate bed linens and bath towels being included. My only suggestion is to add more regular glassware for a house that hosts that many guests. Otherwise there was plenty of everything else and we made full use of the large lobster pots! Overall a great stay and will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips to the Cape.
