Only a few minutes walk from the seafront, the main bus terminal, Molos Park, the Old Port, Limassol Marina and the many restaurants and bars of downtown Limassol.
Modern shower room, amenities, TV with Netflix, good internet speed and a fully fitted kitchen will make your stay a great one, whether you are here for work or pleasure. Automatic hot water, AC heating and cooling, wood floors, an espresso machine, kettle and toaster are all available for you to use at your convenience.
The studio also has a desk which makes it easy to work from. If you would like to take your breakfast al fresco, there is a large balcony overlooking a pedestrian street near the Town Hall.
