The bunk room is perfect for kiddos and slumber parties, with a Twin/Full bunk and additional Twin trundle. With its incredibly convenient location, guests love being just a two minute walk from the Gondola and lifts, and located above some of Winter Park's best shopping & dining. This corner resort loft will exceed your expectations and you won't want to leave!

Base Village

Great location, condo was roomy, well appointed, very clean and perfect for our family. Location is tough to beat, easy parking, steps from food, fire pits and an easy walk to the lifts. Management was very responsive.

We loved this rental. The location was great, an easy walk to the gondola, and lots of restaurants to walk to. The loft had three good sized bedrooms and baths and had beautiful updated finishes.

Great and Convenient Place

Located nicely at the base, it was very convenient. Everything was as described or even better. Very clean and an excellent property for a family getaway. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay in a great location

A wonderful stay for myself and my daughter. Easy access to the ski resort, great communication with management, well appointed, well stocked. Everything you could ask for in a quick ski getaway. This place is ski in, and a short walk with wagons right outside to the gondola.

Perfect location

The condo was a brilliant location for skiing in Winterpark. Immaculate matters today me & to my relief, it was! Perfect for our family of 3 for a long ski weekend. Will definitely be back!

Easy, comfortable stay

We enjoyed a quick getaway to the mountains for our anniversary. We loved staying right in the village and walking to everything we needed. We even took the trail into town, didn't use our car the entire time! The rental was clean and comfortable and just what we needed. Highly recommend.

This property is absolutely superb. The location is unmatched as it is right in the newest part of the WP base with a lot of shops and places to eat just downstairs. It’s in walking distance from the gondola. My family loved this place and we plan to come back again.

Village get away

We loved this town home so much! We were with a group of 25 people that all stayed different places and everyone said ours was the best! This was in a perfect location and the amount of space and layout was great for our family with kids. We are already making plans to come back next year.

Great location and good place for families

This property was lovely and well represented by the photos. At this price point, we expected the kitchen to be a little more stocked with basics. The bedrooms are very spacious and well-decorated but the beds were a little stiff for our tastes. We enjoyed the property and during ski season it would be ideal for a small family.

Very clean condo located very conveniently to ask the fun things art the Winter Park Village. It was a bit tricky to find because the house number was covered by a tree. Check in was easy. The beds were comfortable. 3 bathrooms worked great for our party of 9. The kitchen had all the things we needed to make dinner for 2 nights. The only thing that I'd suggest is adding hooks and towel racks in the bathroom connected to the queen bedroom. Everyone slept great. It was so awesome to be able to walk everywhere.

Sweet spot!

We absolutely loved this condo! Well appointed with fantastic beds, linens and furnishings, and the location can't be beat. With 4 kids it was easy to ski in/ ski out, come back for lunches, naps and head back out. TVs in all the rooms, a cozy fireplace, great views, we loved it all. It was not close enough to the hot tub for us to venture into the cold, but we enjoyed the jacuzzi bathtub instead. We would definitely stay here again!!

Summer getaway

My wife and I wanted to get a quick getaway and wanted to explore the Winter Park area. This loft was outstanding. It sits overlooking the village at the WP Resort. It is close to the retail in the village. The loft itself is stands alone from other lofts. It feels like your own private getaway in the middle of the village. It had everything we needed.

Better than expected!

I always try to manage expectations with Vrbo because sometimes a property is oversold versus what you get. Not in this case! Awesome location right in the heart of Winter Park Village. Super convenient with location and parking. The condo was perfect for us. Better and bigger than expected. Kitchen was full of everything we needed and everything was super clean. We had a little issue with the door when we checked in but the property management was so responsive and everything worked out great. I would highly recommend staying in this property.

Great place close to everything!

Great sized property enough for our 2 families to enjoy. Fully stocked kitchen with more than what you would need to cook at the property and plenty of supplies My only negative was the overall cleanliness. Dog hair was on just about everything and we spent an hour unclogging the vacuum in order to clean the floors. We had no broom to keep up with our mess for the week. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely rent again.

Excellent Experience

This condo was an excellent base for our late-season (April) ski trip in Winter Park. The condo is well stocked and the layout was perfect for our family of five to relax after a long day on the slopes. The walk to the Gondola (with skis in the Winter Park wagons) through the Village was easy even with small children, and access to the slopeside hot tubs was an added benefit. Beyond the condo, Winter Park Lodging was an excellent host--their communication throughout the booking process and our stay was terrific, and they were flexible and responsive in ways that helped smooth our travel into Winter Park and then back home. Would highly recommend both the unit and the host.
