The main bedroom has a queen bed and wall mounted TV with ensuite, two single beds in the second bedroom and a queen in the third bedroom. There is also a double garage allocated for guests' convenience.

A Must Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four old school friends from 1960’s stayed for 3nights. We found the accommodation extremely roomy and comfortable. No stairs to contend with for our aging knees and hips ! Delightful outlook over the canal and was not expecting a double garage, great surprise. The bedrooms were spacious with heaps of storage space. en-suite and main bathroom gave us 4 ladies much needed room, especially having a separate toilet. The living room area is massive, tv reception great and Netflix was another surprise. Easy access to visit the Panthers Club and shopping centre across the canal. Fantastic location. None of us ladies bought a hairdryer with us, tragic, but we managed. The outdoor area looks amazing although we didn’t use it. Can highly recommend a stay here.

Great Location

Amazing waterfront location with Jetty. Comfortable bedding and plenty of room for the whole family. Well equiped with lock up double garage. Loved being able to walk to Settlement Village and Panthers club. Will definately be back.

The view of the waterway was serene and calm.Very clean and tidy inside. We took our own sheets,pillowcases, quilt covers, towels, hand towels and our own floor mats for bathrooms and kitchen.There is a nice floor mat at the sink. Washing up items and two tea towels were supplied. We also took extra toilet rolls.A two minute drive to shops and cafes.The staff at Lifestyle office were very nice.We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Dolphins 2 Girls escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is beautiful and well situated. We were a group of 4 ladies in our later years. It is a very comfortable place with plenty of room. The surrounds were very peaceful and the outdoor area is wonderful. A few issues with the cleanliness,the BBQ was very dirty and took about an hour and a half to get to a usable state which was disappointing. The second bedroom wardrobe had an unpleasant smell in it. Overall though we had a wonderful stay. Panthers club and the Settlement City shopping centre all within easy walking distance.

Great location - no Wifi though.

The location is excellent being close to the shopping centre and Panthers club. It has a great view too. The unit was clean and tidy. There's a good laundry to wash and dry your clothes. Bring your fishing rod as there's plenty of Bream under the pontoon. The unit only gets 4 stars as there is no Wi-fi. Pretty much a must have these days. Optus and Vodafone 4G coverage is inconsistent and was regularly dropping down to 1mbps. Not much fun trying to hotspot my mobile for the kids on rainy days. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Once the front door was found it was easy to enter the accommodation. Rooms were large, neat and tidy and clean. All necessary equipment for our stay was located in the accommodation. The location was central to what we were doing during our stay. Would certainly stay at this accommodation again.

Reviewer Comments: Having stayed at the property previously without an issue was somewhat disappointed with the standard of cleaning this time. The floors were dirty to the extent that you would get black feet walking around with no shoes, there were some hairs in the shower and found a couple of fluff balls on the bedroom carpet. That said I will stay again as the issues are easily fixed and will expect better next time. The positives of the property far outweigh the negatives.

All the amenities work and appreciated the wifi and smart TV. There are a few minor things that did not stop a good holiday like the BBQ needs a good clean and the grill plates are rusty and need replacing but that is being very fussy and has little impact on the overall positives of this property.

Nice location, very quiet- just a couple of problems

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely location in a nice complex- overlooking the water- very peaceful and it was nice that there was some grass area for kids. Unfortunately, some issues with the place. The fans in the main bedroom, and the bedroom with single beds did not work at all. Both showers did not have handles inside the shower so it was very difficult to close the door when showering. There was also black/ dark mould on the bottom of the shower frames in the main bathroom. The bed configuration on the website said “double and large double bed”, both were queens- made it difficult when linen was not provided- luckily there was a Kmart down the road. It was generally tidy place.
