It was absolutely amazing to stay, the kids loved the fact that their was the estuary right out in front of them. Most definitely be back.
Very well equipped 2-bedroom property with all mod cons (wash machine/dish-washer), great kitchen and terrrace with fine barbeque overlooking estuary, on doorstep.

We loved staying here. Easy access to town but so quiet and calm near the estuary. What a fabulous little spot. Everything we needed was provided which was a bonus. Thankyou!
We love the place to stay. We the week that we stayed in as it is closed by to the bay and the sea and also to aminities and restaurants. We definitely will come back on this place if we ever come for holiday in Perth WA again. My husband was so relaxed to that apartment in Sanctuary. I would definitely refer to other people this place to stay.
Relaxing place on waterfront, right near walking path, nature and jetty. Excellent for a holiday where you are wanting peace and quiet amongst nature, and away from the hustle and bustle. Host easy to communicate with.
I was on a travelling Golf trip with a couple of mates and this apartment suited us to the Tee. Had great ammenities and all the mod cons, with comfortable beds and close to many shops, Cafe, restaurants and Pubs this was the best opportion by far. The fee for 2 nights was extremely reasonable and the Apartment's Manager Clare was professional and timely with all comms

Lovely paths along the estuary. Easy distance to shopping centre. Short drive to Mandurah Station and attractions. Wonderful Host.
Very enjoyable stay - great quiet location close to shops. Loved going for walks along the estuary. Property is well stocked and very tidy! Communication with host was excellent!
Neat and clean, comfortably situated and nice view. Everything supplied that we needed. Would recommend. A little smaller than photos appear, but really don't need more for holidays.

The unit was clean and a good size for our family of four. Clare was easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions in relation to checking in and accessing the property. A good range of basic amenities were available and much appreciated. My only improvement would be ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Thank you for having us!
Clean well located unit in Falcon with beautiful waterviews. Shops and eateries close by. Good wifi. Claire communicated frequently with us and gave clear instructions. Having 3 keypads for entry was a little fiddly but not a big deal. Would be happy to rebook if in the area again.
The property was exceptionally clean & tidy and had everything we could need for our stay. The owner had thought of and supplied many things in the kitchen that you don't realise you need until they are not there. The laundry and bathrooms were also fully stocked with supplies. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Thank you, we truly appreciated your effort and will certainly recommend to others.

You can't always get in on the first time of putting password some time takes 3 to 5 tomes to get in
apart from trouble withe doors all good thank you .Didn't see any property Manger while we where there at all. Over all we had a good time thank you.
