SEA ROSE is a well presented 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 10 guests and is only a short walk to the beach, shops and hotel.

Open plan Kitchen with large fridge/freezer and microwave, dining area with reverse cycle air-conditioner, spacious. lounge with TV/DVD.

Bathroom with vanity, shower and separate small bath. Separate w/c. Laundry with trough (NO WASHING MACHINE) , iron and ironing board.

Large hooded gas BBQ, shaded outdoor area with outdoor setting, secure back yard.

Fish cleaning facility, plenty of room for cars and boat.

Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen - bed 2 - queen plus bunk, bed 3 - queen, lounge area - double sofa bed.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring all your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Great Location

Easy walk to the beach and shops. Great closed-in back yard. Well-equipped kitchen with open dining and lounge. Bedrooms can get hot, but comfortable. Overall, a lovely stay with family.

Beautiful Sea Rose, Port Vincent

Enjoyed staying in the house whenever we were not out and about. BBQ and the large screen TV to relax in between the trips to the beach. Will definitely be back and Sea Rose is wholeheartedly Recommended.

Cleanliness exceeded expectation

A great little family holiday rental. Was clean and fresh and had everything we needed for our last minute holiday. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment and the outside area was neat, fully enclosed and lockable (great for little kids who can't escape) with a nice little seating area However, outside was missing the BBQ. Also was not expecting the beds to be as comfortable as what they were.

The beds were very comfy, the house was very neat & tidy, and the TV nice and big! The fish cleaning station was very handy, and being so close the the beach (couple hundred metres or so) the location was great! Overall, it was perfect for our needs. We have now rented a few houses through Accommodation on Yorkes, and they have been a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be renting further houses in future. Cheers, Brenton.

Girls trip away

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location and locality and that's the good part.For the price off the accommodation having to bring your own bedding and towels in this market is not good.The house has not had a thorough clean for some time with pasta (yes Pasta) and a lot of dust between bathroom sink cabinet (we cleaned it out) and generally throughout the venue. Listed as having air conditioning but this was only in the main living area instead of throughout property.

We enjoyed our stay

Stayed there a few times now and it has all the basics and is in a great location. Nice wide driveway for the boat. Would be better if it was cleaned properly and some cleaning implements were available, like a dustpan and a functioning vacuum.

Great holiday

Great property location wise, was a bit dusty under the beds and couch. There was an ant problem in the kitchen, even after I sprayed with bug spray. BBQ was not the cleanest. But location was great, nice and quiet. Short walk to shops and ocean.

Sea Rose

We had a most enjoyable week at Pt Vincent. Our only major disappointment was that the air conditioning in the house was not functioning properly (it would switch off after only 10 minutes) so we had to endure some very hot evenings. Otherwise, it was a great location and had everything that we needed.

A good budget holiday home

Great spot close to shops and foreshore. Great house, plenty of room. Cleanliness was a little poor and aircon didn’t work (36 degree day!). Ceiling fans would have been fantastic!! Could do with some blinds in kitchen, laundry and rear entrance door and windows both for privacy at night and keeping heat out in hot weather during day. A good budget holiday home though.
