Fully furnished spacious house with all amenities including hot water available for short term stay. Large & airy lounge opening out to a spacious veranda with BBQ facilities overlooking tranquil garden. Fitted pantry with full cooking facilities 4 burner gas cooker and electric oven refrigerator, microwave oven and dish washer. Washing Machine, Iron and Standby Generator available. Master bedroom with en suite. All bedrooms fitted with A/C and ceiling fans,. Living room with large french windows, and fitted with ceiling fan. Linen and towels provided. Onsite caretaker. 26 km from Colombo, near new bridge Panadura. Walking distance to Supermarkets, Panadura town, Hospital and short drive to beaches. Just a short stroll to local restaurants and cafes overlooking the river. Serviced weekly or as per request.

Our family home until we moved overseas. A spacious and well loved home, taken good care of. Spacious garden with flowers and foliage, where birds, butterflies and squirrels frequent. If you are lucky, even a monkey or two can be spotted, swinging on the coconut trees.

This is a property owned by the family for many years. Panadura was home to several generations of the family, and still continue to be the home town for several family members.
What makes this property unique
Panadura is a large town very close to the beach and the river, with modern conveniences, shops, restaurants and a good network of roads, but which has still contained an old world charm, unique to it. large colonial properties adorn the township.
Once you are in the property, it is like being in a world of your own, undisturbed. Many of our guests love to sit on the verandah, enjoying bird life and the serenity of the surroundings.
