The Garden Gate uses a secure code (the last four digits of your cell), opening onto a secluded tropically landscaped patio with chaise lounges, a hot tub, an outdoor dining table for four, an orchid filled outdoor shower plus easy access to the hosts’ salt water pool (clothing optional), poolside gas grill, and a second outdoor dining area — all surrounded by a privacy fence and stunning tropical plants & greenery.

Inside, relax in a stylish living area with a 42" Smart TV, free high speed WiFi, a full size sofa, reading chair, antique trunk coffee table, bookshelves, original artwork, and warm, curated décor.

The galley kitchen includes a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig with pods, sink, breakfast table, and a full washer/dryer. A grille and outdoor kitchen are also available.

GUEST ACCESS

Total Privacy, Effortless Entry, Resort Style Freedom

Your cottage is completely private with its own secure entrance along a lush garden path. We program the last four digits of your cell into both keypads — one at your garden gate and one at your front door — for seamless, keyless access.

You’re welcome to enjoy the salt water pool (clothing optional), gas grill, and outdoor dining area, all shared with — but rarely used by — your hosts. These areas are accessed through a double door gate off your patio, which you may keep open or closed for complete privacy.

There are no other guests on the property during your stay, and no security cameras in the Cottage, patio, hot tub, or outdoor shower areas — your private oasis remains entirely your own.

The Cottage is designed exclusively for two adults. Due to insurance restrictions, we cannot host children or pets.

THE HOSTS

WE LOVE HOSTING PEOPLE!!!! Your hosts are three, exceptionally friendly, handsome men, originally from New York (upstate and Manhattan), Washington, D.C. and Lancaster, PA. All three of us like to have fun, go out, and – most importantly – host guests.

Harv, now retired, worked in mergers and acquisitions in NYC and in retirement held several positions running non-profits and created Lancaster's only visual and performing arts center: The Ware Center. Out-going & knows how to be an exceptional host.

His partner, Bill, recently retired as a WIFI specialist for an internationally known printing company. Bill lived in D.C. for seven years before moving to Lancaster, PA. Strikingly sexy and good-looking. Loves to fish. Plays tennis, pool, baseball & golf and going out.

GETTING AROUND
We recommend renting a car to fully enjoy the beaches, Wilton Drive, Las Olas, and nearby attractions. Parking is inexpensive and we’ll show you the best spots.

Prefer not to drive? Uber & Lyft are everywhere, and usually inexpensive. CIRCUIT offers $2 golf‑cart rides within Wilton Manors. It works just like Uber. Download the App to your phone.

Two bikes are available for your use, plus helmets and chains/locks/maps.

If you plan to drink, please use Uber/Lyft—this is a party town, and safety comes first.

Airports
FLL is closest and easiest. Southwest often has the most flexible policies. Miami (MIA) and Palm Beach (PBI) are also options.

Surrounded by a privacy fence and shared only with your hosts. Nude or not—your comfort is what matters.

Safety
The Cottage features a very private outdoor shower, a 3-person hot tub, a pool, outdoor grills, rugs and other amenities. Use of these facilities and fixtures is at the guests' own risk. The guest assumes full responsibility for the use of amenities/facilities agreeing to hold the hosts harmless in the event of injury, property damage or loss. Guests agree not to use the facilities if under the influence of alcohol, medications or recreational drugs. Use caution and general common sense when using these amenities.
