6A Giles Street is a spacious four bedroom property with ocean views.



Sleeps up to 8 guests between 4 bedrooms

Quiet peaceful location, but still close to all the local attractions

Just a minutes walk to beachfront Cafes and Restaurants

Downstairs welcomes you into a spacious light filled living area. There are two bedrooms downstairs both with double beds. There is a bathroom comprising a shower.



Upstairs is once again a large light filled area with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area.



The kitchen is modern with a dishwasher and plenty of bench space and overlooks the dining area and the Bluff.



On the balcony that overlooks Franklin Parade and the ocean, there is wooden outdoor furniture and a gas barbeque. The living area has a flat screen TV, DVD player and PlayStation and a reverse cycle air conditioner.



The master bedroom has a large ensuite with a bath. The second bedroom upstairs has two single beds. There is also a third bathroom upstairs.



The rear yard is professionally landscaped and fully enclosed with a lawn area perfect for playing or a picnic lunch.



A perfect location, just a minutes walk to the beach and local stores including the Beach House cafe, Pa's Fish Cafe and the Yilki Store.



* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure

* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure

* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's

* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes

Concert Getaway

Great house in a wonderful location. Set out with a flexible layout for 4 couples, or 1-2 families. Very convenient location with nice sea views and quick walk to the beach. Has everything you need.

Clean, fresh, bright home with good views

The house was very clean and inviting as we arrived. The only disappointment was no WiFi!! We didn't realise this, just presume these days that houses for rent would have this. Never mind, we played cards, went for a walk, it was fine. Nice place

Spacious house in a great location.

This property was perfect for our group of 2 small families. The room layout enabled one family to sleep downstairs and exclusively use that bathroom, whilst the other family slept upstairs and used the ensuite. The 2 living areas was also a bonus as the children used the downstairs area to play, whilst the adults enjoyed the balcony and living area upstairs. The house had many kitchen and general provisions. We were impressed with the sea view, which is much better than what is shown in the photos. We actually preferred to be one house back from the beach, as it meant that we had privacy, rather than a steady stream of people walking past along the beach. The fact that the cafes and take away restaurants were a couple of minutes walk away was a big plus. Our kids swam at the beach and in the lakes (also a couple of minutes walk away), and made good use of the bike trail along the beach. Overall we had a lovely week away and would highly recommend this property.

Great family holiday home

Very nice house layout. Good for the different family groups. The 2 single beds are upstairs next to master bedroom (inc ensuite) by main living/kitchen area. 2 bedrooms with doubles downstairs. Would have been nice to have linens included so didn't have to make/strip the beds, not a deal breaker, just not something I want to do on holidays. Only downside is no blankets available (only thin doonas on bed) with the cool nights was freezing. No heating downstairs either.

Encounter Bay stay

Nice property, good location, short walk to beach, local store and cafe. Downstairs bedrooms have no hanging space for clothes. This was a problem for our 6 night stay which involved 2 adult couples.

Great location

We had a great stay and the house was perfect for what we wanted. Only note is that it lists 3 bathrooms but 3rd is powder room with toilet and basin. Other than than, pretty perfect for what we needed.
