We are so excited to share our luxuriously renovated & professionally decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the 14th floor of the Calypso Resort Towers West Building.

Included For Limited time: Private Parking space under building now available to avoid finding (and remembering location of) parking space in deck across the street. Elevator takes you from right from parking area to the 14th floor of condo (Others charge $20/day or $200/week)

Master Bedroom & Bath Highlights:
The master bedroom features a Luxurious King Size pillow top bed with dual side tables, lamps and a sitting chair. This bedroom also features a 42" flat panel, wall mounted TV and a DVD player. The room is decorated with sumptuous bedding and beautiful decor. The drapes are lined with blackout fabric for sleeping in on sunny mornings. Enjoy the views of the Emerald Coast from the luxury of your bed, or step out on the balcony from one of two glass patio doors.

The master bath has a tub shower combo and double vanity with plenty of storage. There is a blow dryer provided for your convenience. The master bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet.

Guest Bedroom Highlights:
The guest bedroom features a Luxurious Queen sized pillow top bed with dual side tables, lamps and a sitting chair. It features a down comforter inside a duvet coverlet. The room also includes a 32" flat screen, wall mounted TV and a DVD player. This bedroom has private access to the common bathroom. Your guests will enjoy the views of the Pier Park shopping complex from the bedroom window.

Bunk Room:
This kid friendly room features two Full sized bunk beds, a 26" wall mounted, flat screen TV and a built in closet. Your family and friends will love all the beach decor and the bunk room has its own great views of Pier Park.

Kitchen Highlights:
The fully furnished kitchen (should you desire to cook) features a stainless steel side by side refrigerator equipped with filtered water and ice, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven with smooth top range, and a built in microwave. There is a large breakfast bar and a wet bar for cocktails. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, blender, toaster, a garbage disposal and a stock pot for cooking fresh caught crabs!

Living/Dining Room Highlights:
The living room offers a comfortable sofa, an over sized ottoman, and three side chairs. There is a flat screen, wall mounted 46" TV and a DVD player with surround sound sound bar. Enjoy the views of the Emerald Coast from the living room or sit on the balcony to watch the sunset.
