We are a family from Chicago with deep roots in New England. My wife grew up in the region and has always had a special connection to the area. Over the years, we fell in love with the charm and beauty of Lincoln, New Hampshire—a place that truly feels like a hidden gem.

We purchased this condo to spend more time enjoying everything this wonderful region has to offer, from skiing in the winter to hiking in the warmer months. More importantly, it gives us an opportunity to create lasting memories with our family and experience the unique magic that both the Lincoln community and Forest Ridge bring throughout the year.

We look forward to making this our home away from home and becoming part of this special community.

We chose Forest Ridge because it offers the perfect balance of convenience, recreation, and tranquility. Its close proximity to Loon Mountain allows us to enjoy skiing and outdoor activities year-round, while the excellent amenities make every stay comfortable and enjoyable. What truly captured our hearts, however, was the community itself—beautifully maintained, peaceful, and private. From the very beginning, Forest Ridge felt like a place where our family could create lasting memories for years to come.

Our property is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Every room features a smart TV with access to popular streaming apps, and we offer plenty of entertainment options for guests of all ages. The spacious living room is centered around an oversized couch, providing the perfect place for family and friends to relax, watch a movie, play games, or simply spend quality time together.

Being located on the first floor makes access especially convenient—there’s no need to carry skis, luggage, or groceries up flights of stairs. In the warmer months, guests can enjoy the outdoor patio or relax in the open green space just outside, making it easy to take in the fresh mountain air and beautiful surroundings.
