This ultra-spacious, four-level duplex residence is tucked away on Beaver Creek’s Golf Course, offering a great room with vaulted ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, a renovated kitchen with custom stonework and state-of-the-art appliances, including double ovens, as well as a dining niche for eight. Additional features include four guest suites, each with an attached bathroom (two have a king size bed, one has a queen, one has two twin beds), a fifth bedroom with two twin beds and hallway bathroom, a laundry room, and two-car garage. Guests will also enjoy mountain views from the furnished deck as well as ski-in access (for seasoned skiers/snowboarders) and complimentary shuttle service within the resort. Please note, this home does not have air conditioning.

A great stay for our group! Amenities were outstanding. We enjoyed the fireplace nightly. Loved that the kitchen was stocked with spices, utensils, etc as we enjoy cooking dinner. The unit was very spacious and comfortable.

Great Ski Home

We loved this property. Great Ski Home in Beaver Creek. Shuttle service through Beaver Creeks Village Connect app very useful for rides to village and other areas in town. House has a good ski prep area downstairs, big common room seen in photos, 5 nice Bedrooms, great kitchen. Great for a larg group needing multiple separate bedrooms. Also my kids on trip loved the hill In the back for sledding and just playing in snow after skiing. We plan to rent this house again!

Perfect ski trip for two families of four

House is great. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space for two families. Enjoyed the big fireplace. Highly recommended for a short ski trip.

Overall a good stay

Good stay overall. The location is good. It is technically ski in/ski out however we got lost several times coming back because the ski paths are not on any maps and the front desk staff could not effectivley explain the paths. You have to go to the East West Property offices to check in and when we showed up a little early the woman at the front desk seemed confused and was a little bit rude at first however after she found our reservation she did provide us with guest parking passes so we could ski and then come back to complete check in. They were also nice enough to let us park near the property on the last day and do a late check out. The property is very clean though decor is a bit dated. The kitchen is fully renovated which was a plus.

J’s 1st time

Dishwasher didn’t work upon arrival. Fixed that evening. Faucet in kitchen sink flooded underneath cabinet. Engineer tried to fix but couldn’t because it needed part. Garbage Disposal was broken. Obviously, Kitchen was difficult to utilize fully. Light bulbs in Queen bedroom bathroom flickered & one was out. Light bulb was replaced but all continued to flicker. Light on steps was out but was not replace since ladder was needed. Would have thought these things could have been taken care of before our arrival.!

Memorable Family Spring Break

Great property conveniently located to Avon and a short shuttle ride to BC village. Easy access to sleding hill across the street. Would definitely stay here again. The Property management group were able to get us in a day early due to the storms and were very helpful and responsive.

Good place to stay

Nice duplex, conveniently located in Beaver Creek. Many areas of the home have been updated. It was a good fit for our family.
