Great location. Fantastic accomodation. Only disappointments were only getting checkin information 10 minutes before check-in time. Caused some concern and anxiety as to whether information would come through incase of poor internet/mobile reception. Also a 3pm checkin is much later than everywhere else we have stayed.

Our favourite place

Not sure until the day of checkin if we could get early access, would have been good if we had known earlier to make better use of our time. Unit very clean comfortable and warm ideal for upto 2 people. Excellent kitchen facilities and great location.

Great breakfast

We booked a room with a 'moutain view', we didnt get one, we mosned and were given one so no issue. Great breakfast, much better than a buffet to order something off a menu. Best breakfast we've had at a hotel in a long time.

The most amazing location

We loved our stay in Coles Bay. The location is wonderful with a lovely view over the bay and the Hazards beyond. Richardson’s beach is a short walk. The little supermarket, restaurant and coffee shop are literally just around the corner. The apartment itself, whilst not luxurious, was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a washer and dryer.

What a view!

Wonderful little cottage overlooking the water with incredible views of the mountains. Pictures don’t do this place justice! Only thing to fault was the shower was quite small and the shower head spray was a bit all over the place.
