Please be sure to turn off ceiling fans
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking is permitted on patio ....violation & terms of service. Anyone admitted in the property also must abide by the city and state laws .
Any guest or Reserver that violates any portion of our house rules will be grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
Violation of house rules are grounds for removal of the now, (trespassing guest) by the host and/or local authorities without refund.
