The place was nice and the location was perfect. Now to the bad stuff. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm. We arrived a couple hours early and were told to come back around 3:30 and it should be ready. We were able to store our luggage in the lobby. Well, we came back around 3:55 and was told it still wasn’t ready but to wait a couple of minutes. We had dinner plans with friends at 5 and we still need to shower. We waited and waited and were finally granted access at 4:25 after sending a message Gabriella. At that time she also informed us there was no ac in the primary bedroom and the dishwasher was broken. It was so hot in that bedroom. We had to keep the bedroom door open each night. We will never stay there again

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect location. We loved the roof top pool. There was construction right next door but we barely heard any noise.

Perfect location

This is a great condo, centrally located in the heart of the romantic zone. Easy access to everything PV has to offer. Quiet, convenient and clean. Loved the market on Saturdays in the park and the convenience of the Bodega downstairs.

Excellent location. Walking distance to all of our needs. The condo was very clean. Spacious bath and bedrooms. Roof top salt water pool and terrace was one of my favorite spots. I look forward to my next stay here. This place is a 5 star rating.

Casa Missy is amazing

Casa Missy is a beautiful well appointed condo. Everything we needed for a 3 week stay was there from shampoo to all cooking utensils needed to make a nice dinner at home. The bedrooms are quite so it’s easy to get a good nights sleep. We would Definitely stay here again! Gabrielle and Richard were both very easy to communicate with which made traveling easy!

2nd PV stay @Zona Romantica

This was our second time staying in this particular building. We love the access staying so close to restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach. Location is very secure, friendly staff at building, the views and pool at the rooftop are amazing. The space in condo is very spacious, all the amenities we needed are there. The listing agent was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I definitely recommend this place!

Excellent vacation condo

Really appreciated the rental, perfect fit for our group of 2 couples. The location can’t be beat and the unit/building itself offers top notch amenities. Owner was super responsive and assisted with our inquiries even popping by to attend to an issue. Only issue - which is not Richard’s fault - would be the construction across the street. A worthwhile trade off given the location in our mind. Thanks again for having us Richard

Great location. Great door staff. Loved the market downstairs which was super handy.

The condo is clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. The market downstairs is very well stocked making it easy to stop there almost daily. Although we like to leave everything open at night, some evenings the street below was quite noisy with music into the wee hours, causing us to close it up. Roof top pool is wonderful with no problems finding a place to sit either in the sun or shade. Unfortunately the construction across the street became quite noisy some days. Would stay here again.

Bliss with a view

This condo and location are amazing! The terrace’s view is simply breathtaking. And the security and cleaning help were available to assist. Walking distance to the beach. A beautifully decorated park is across the street if you’re looking for a different scenery. Although the terrace has an amazing 360 degree view I’d the city and the surrounding mountains. All the Kitchen utensils you need are available in the kitchen. Very clean location and wifi is available through out the building. We were all very happy with our stay.

Amazing location and great condo!

The location was perfect! It was walking distance to the shops, restaurants, beach and gay bars! This condo had everything you could need during your stay and the washer/dryer was a huge plus! We felt safe in our condo aa you needes a badfe to enter the building and our rooms had a double lock. The A/C worked great as it was a huge necesity wity the humidity outside so was nice to know you could actually be cold if you wanted in your condo. The rooftop was truly breathtaking! I loved swiming and being able to over see the city, mountains and the beach. It was never too crowded and we met a lot of great people up there. The entire building was kept clean at all times. I will definitely come back and stay at unit 203!

Apartment was ok Huge downside is the construction that is taking place with the apartment block door ..... constantly jack-hammering and loud noise - If you open the blinds your view is of the construction site, and if you keep them closed the apartment becomes depressing. Both the bedding and towels need replacing. Roof is pool etc is great, however the floor is very slippery and again the limited number of lounger cushions that are available are not the clean nest. Location is excellent

Overall it was good. Several suggestions. We had issues with the TV. I would suggest inputting instructions in the black folder in English and Spanish on how to work the TV remote controls etc. Secondly, most condos that I have stayed in had a few condiments such as salt and pepper, this would been nice to be provided. Also we ran out of trash bags. We couldn’t find anymore trash bags for the Kitchen. I would suggest leaving a supply of trash bags underneath the sink in the kitchen for client use. Another suggestion: there was not a cutting knife to cut lemons or limes in the drawer. If we had wanted to cook in for an evening we would not have had a sharp knife to cut onions or anything to make a dinner.I would suggest taking your clay dishes out of your cabinets and only put microwave only dishes for guests to use. We both caught ourselves about to use these dishes in the microwave. It was save guests and you issues down the road. Since there was a new AC unit installed on our first day, the condo was very warm when we arrived. It took awhile for it to cool down. My room which was the one closest to the kitchen never really cooled down. It was the warmest room of the condo. The first two days it was quite warm, even though the AC was constantly going. We had to turn down the AC because the living room and kitchen was quite cold. I didn’t see any instructions on how to leave the condo when leaving on the last day. I was a bit concerned.

Exactly as described. Amazing roof top. Everything I normally use was supplied. Filtered water and AC appreciated. Nice market next door, excellent coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Short walk to Malacon. My daughter and I felt very safe at all times. Can hear music from clubs at night which we slept through. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure great.

Excellent condo with great location

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as described. Kitchen was fully equipped and rooms were clean and roomy. Richard, our host, was very quick to respond to questions and provide recommendations. The building was also very clean and secure. The rooftop pool and views were fantastic! Location was perfect for those that like close beach access, restaurants, bars, and shopping. We could walk in any direction and find things to do. The market in the building had everything we needed. Nightlife is abundant, so if you are looking for quiet this may not be the location for you. However, we were there for Dia de los Muertos, so we expected the late night crowds. The only other negative is the beds were a bit hard, but not so much we couldn't get a good night's sleep... and nothing the massage spa across the street couldn't make you forget.
