Hi Lindsay, thanks for your feedback. We advised you as a courtesy before you arrived that we were having trouble with the air con at the property and that a technician would attend to sort it out. Unfortunately when they attended it was an issue they couldn't fix on the spot so had to order a part. We actually offered for you to move properties but you declined and instead chose to stay and receive a refund for the inconvenience. This has now been sorted and everyone can enjoy the air con.
