Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (The pool is generally heated from March 1- November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

We have stayed there before and what I like about it most is it isn't a high rise and each room has a view of the ocean from their front door and it overlooks the pool. We loved just sitting on the deck outside the front door in the mornings and it is just a very short walk to the beach.

The counters and bathrooms were dirty. The dryer didn't work. Will not be renting this unit again.

The property is undergoing a plumbing project, and unfortunately, the water was not turned back on; purely an oversight. The condo had been cleaned before the project, but apparently some residue from the plumbing work remained. We apologize for your inconvenience and would have certainly come back to address all cleaning issues immediately for you. Our place was serene, and I felt a sense of community with fellow snowbirds. My place on the third floor was perfect for us. Our unit was well furnished with all of the amenities we needed. The only downside was the garbage truck at the building next to ours. The truck came 3 days a week between 4:30a-5:30a! I had to wear earplugs on some nights to get rest. However, I made the necessary adjustments and was able to have a blessed vacation!

The location was super convenient to both the beach (right outside) and great restaurants! The beach was beautiful- not too crowded and the weather and water were perfect. It was all we needed to have the most relaxing week! The staff were available should we have needed anything but there were no issues at all. We loved our stay and are definitely coming back. It was our best vacation ever!! Thank you!!
