This was a great house for a larger group and the view is great. It does have lots of stairs and...
The evenings were amazing sitting on the deck watching the water and birds. It was peaceful and quiet. A good place to restore your soul.

Peaceful retreat
We stayed at this beautiful Cliffside cabin for our wedding, and it could not have been more perfect. The panoramic views of Lake Chelan are absolutely breathtaking—like something out of a postcard. The home itself is warm, inviting, and set up perfectly for making memories. Through an unexpected set of circumstances, we had the pleasure of meeting the owners, and they are truly wonderful people—kind, thoughtful, and so lovely to work with. We would wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone looking for a stunning and peaceful retreat.

Gorgeous lakeside getaway!
My friends and I rented this house for a long weekend and loved it. The private dock and water access can’t be beat, and the kitchen was huge and well stocked with what we needed. The views from the living room and deck were awesome. This place has a couple quirks, like only 1 shower (the upstairs bathroom has a bath only) and no AC in the 2nd floor bedrooms, but all in all we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again.

Stunning Lake and Mtn. Views, Private Hot Tub & Sunbathing, & two Docks.
Gorgeous, Timber Frame Lake house. Spacious rooms, very clean, amazing beds & bed linens, roomy bathrooms, wi-fi, reading lamps and comfy chairs, Books, Art and Board games. Air conditioning too! We enjoyed eating on the deck in the morning. In town during the hottest part of the afternoon for wine tasting, and an early dinner. Lots of time for an evening enjoying the amenities of the house and family. Our perfect long weekend!

Great waterfront cabint
We ended up here as a result of last-minute re-booking by Vacasa due to an issue with the original booking. We had planned to stay in Chelan for an event that was 15 minutes away from the town, and this put us 45 minutes away, which was not ideal. But that's an issue with Vacasa (whose customer service was lacking), not the owner of this property or the property itself. The house was great. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The view from the deck is wonderful, and there were cedar waxwings hanging out in the tree next to the deck. We hang out on the deck each night. It is very quiet and peaceful, and you see the bats and hear crickets at night. If we go back to Chelan for a relaxing weekend on the lake, we would gladly come back to this house.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us, Akane. We’re thrilled to hear that you found the house to be great, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you needed. It’s wonderful that you were able to enjoy the peaceful and quiet environment, the beautiful view from the deck, and even some wildlife sightings—those moments truly make a stay special.
At the same time, we want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the last-minute re-booking and for any frustration you experienced with our customer service. This is certainly not the seamless experience we strive to provide, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
We would love the opportunity to welcome you back for a relaxing weekend on the lake, where we hope to exceed your expectations and provide the restful getaway you deserve.
The location, miles up lake, was exactly what I was looking for. The property is large enough that the neighbors are not right in your face. My kids, who are all good swimmers, loved swimming off the dock and out to a floating platform.
My family's biggest complaint was that the bedrooms and loft were very hot. The AC was on full blast the entire time we were there but it only cools the main floor, and struggles at that. We had fans trying to direct air into the bedrooms but it was not enough. Some of us slept on mats on the main floor. Beautiful wood work, but not much thought went into the HVAC design.

Will, thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear that your family enjoyed the lack and dock! We are so sorry about the HVAC issues you experienced during your time with us. We passed along your feedback to the local manager and they have since repaired the HVAC unit. It is now in good working order. Thank you for letting us know about this! We hope to host you again in the future.
Perfect location and loved being right on the water. A few minor complaints but nothing big. There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 10 guests. We ended up buying some but the manager or host was able to drop some off the next day. I also tried messaging the host prior before arrival to see if I could bring my 2 yorkies with an additional fee. Unfortunately I never got a response. I did notice dog or cat hair on the main carpet so that was a bummer that I couldn't get a hold of anyone to bring mine. Not a big deal though. Carpets and floors could've been vacuumed and swept better. Overall I was happy and I would stay here again.
For us, this property was a slight disaster. The driveway is horrendous and we could barely swing our truck in and squeeze down the narrow driveway. It said 2 parking spaces as well as additional but if you drive anything bigger then a Mini Cooper you have to park on the bank so the other neighbors can get around you. The other spot was not marked either. From there to get to the house it’s a flight of old wooden stairs which I barely let our kids walk down. Once you get to the house after all this, note there is no cellphone service so if you’re not smart like me and don’t check your phone for the code to get in you have to reverse this whole process . Once in the house is beautiful but I wouldn’t recommend it for kids. LOTS of open stairs and the “kids” room is on the 3rd floor. Conveniently there is a window on the top bunk with no screen that kids can climb out of if they had a death wish. Thank goodness we caught it before anything happened to them. The property doesn’t have any flat spots for them to play so we kept them inside the entire weekend unless we went to the dock, which was actually quite nice. There are a bunch of paddle boards and boats but no oars or anything to use them. I’m not sure if that was on purpose or an accident. The few other things were the bbq has not been cleaned and it caught on fire when we started it. Thankfully we pulled it away from the house before starting it and other then a big black plume of smoke we lucked out on not having any other issues with it. The only other things that should be noted were the lack of carafe for the coffee pot and the significant amount of cobwebs through the house and windows. All of this stuff added up we still managed to have a good weekend, but it should be advertised as not kid friendly (or bring kids with caution) and more pictures to show what you’re signing up for.

Great house, great view!
Clean, beautiful home. We so enjoyed our stay! Would love to visit this home in the summer to enjoy the lake more, but we still had a great time!
Lovely home gave us warm and cozy vibe. Hot tub was great because it was a little to cold to swim in the lake and it was serviced twice a week which was nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to stay here again. Stairs might be an issue for some but on the plus side it did give you a workout.
This home was so unique and beautiful. It was the perfect place for our group of friends and everyone enjoyed the stay. We especially loved the patio and private deck. I wouldn't recommend for anyone looking for the convenience of staying in town, it takes about 35 min to get into Downtown Chelan. But we specifically wanted privacy and seclusion. Can't wait to go back!
I stayed her 3 years ago for my birthday and had to come back with some friends for my 50th, such an amazing spot and one of my all time favorite VRBOs 💜

Quiet peaceful getaway
This location was the perfect retreat location. Beautiful views and house design. Very spacious and great layout overall. Wished the rental listing mentioned that use of kayaks on property were ok. We didn’t know for sure so we didn’t use them.
negatives-
we arrived at 4:45 and cleaning lady was still there. She was polite and was finishing up but we were told check in was 4pm. We had to wait about 5 minutes.
cobwebs around windows throughout the house
lots of steps so carrying stuff back and forth from vehicle was a bit much. Stairs leading down to water were also a bit steep in areas.

Amazing
LOVED THIS HOUSE. The view, the aircon, the deck, the quiet location, the outdoor dock and deck, the WiFi. Will rent this every summer as long as it's available. Only downside is cell service is one bar, making cell calls difficult BUT you can use Facetime, or Skype NP because WiFi is no issue at all. AMAZING! AMAZING!

Large, clean and beautiful home! Our family enjoyed every minute here its a sad day to leave! So secluded and private, yet a skip away from all the amenities Chelan has to offer. This home is perfect and we will be booking again for our next trip.

Great spot
Awsome house! Slept all 10 of us comfortably! So much fun being on the lake
The views from this cabin are wonderful! I enjoyed the fact that it was further away from the busier parts of the lake and there is so much privacy. The hot tub is lovely and there are amazing views from it. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils. We used the BBQ which worked perfectly.

Great Lake cabin
This place was as expected and then some. We needed a few days away from the chaos being isolated. This home is a great distraction. The views are amazing and the atmosphere is terrific. The house has all that you need and is well equipped. The hot tub is great and awesome views of the lake as well. If you have anyone in your group that has troubles with stairs you may want to second guess this place due to the amount of stairs throughout. We, however, used them as our daily workout routine. The instructions were easy to follow and we will very much consider this stay again in the future.
