The cottage features two bedrooms with queen beds, one full bath, an open living area, and an enclosed three-season sunroom with a pull-out sofa. Cottage #200 comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests total and has everything you need for an easy, relaxing stay.

Beach Dreams offers plenty to enjoy without leaving the community. Guests have access to the swimming pool, hot tub and kiddie pool, plus pickleball/tennis, bocce, basketball, a fitness center, clubhouse and game room.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Leave the parking passes and access cards on the table. Failure to do so, will result in a fee.
Not required but if you can start a wash of towels and/or linens its very helpful for the cleaners.
Turn off AC
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

For your safety, the Association is REALLY STRICT on speeding. They actively monitor and will issue fines. DRIVE SLOW and go the 10MPH limit.

Why they chose this property

This beautiful cottage was purchased and renovated in 2019. It has all new furnishings . It is centrally located in the resort and is walking distance to the poo and club house, as well as, the tennis court.
