About the host
Hosted by Liam or Kim
We live in the Hawkesbury on the outskirts of Sydney so this is our holiday home to get some of the best of Aussie coastal lifestyle without big city prices.
Why they chose this property
We had worked overseas and came back to be near parents who were aging. So we lived in Port Stephens for 5 years before moving to Sydney but we could never bring ourselves to sell this house as we feared never being able to get back on such a quite street later. It’s only a few hundred metres to the beach but on the high side of a quiet street so it catches beautiful afternoon breezes so essential in Australia.
What makes this property unique
4 decent size bedrooms split 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. Nice balcony to watch the world go by, catch the cool afternoon breeze and patio downstairs to enjoy the sounds in the garden. Plenty of parking even for a boat or caravan.
