Welcome to the World Heritage City of Karlskrona.<br>A comfortable holiday home. Ideal for those who want to stay close to nature and the sea while still being centrally located. The beach is within walking distance, as are the ferry terminal, the train station, restaurants and cafes, mini-golf, and much more. Built in 2010. Everything is new, modern, and fully equipped; 40 m².<br><br>A comfortable room for up to 3 people. If you want to be in a central location yet close to nature and the sea, this is ideal for those staying here. It is a large room with a kitchen (electric stove, refrigerator, microwave). The space is divided into a bedroom and a living room/kitchen area. The room features a 120-centimeter bed and a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed. <br><br>Washing machine,<br>TV,<br>oven,<br>microwave,<br>coffee maker,<br>grill,<br>fridge-freezer,<br>Internet/Wi-Fi,<br>outdoor furniture,<br>Complete sets of dishes and cutlery<br><br>Other:<br>Opportunity to rent a kayak, boat, and picnic basket; breakfast available for an additional fee. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber ausreichend für 2 Personen, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es gibt eine tolle Sonnenterrasse, wo man morgens herrlich draußen frühstücken kann. Die Lage ist hervorragend, eifrige Schwimmer sind in 5 Min am Wasser, der nächste Supermarkt ist ca 8min entfernt, in der Innenstadt ist man in 15min , alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer die Stadt nähe sucht ,aber trotzdem Ruhe möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben. Danke an unseren netten Vermieter Soheil

Check-in war einfach, auch ohne Anwesenheit des Vermieters. Die Küchenausstattung ist okay, leider keinen Backofen, aber zwei Herdplatten und eine Mikrowelle. Auch ein kleiner Grill ist vorhanden, den wir allerdings nicht benutzt haben. WLAN vorhanden.Soheil (Vermieter) ist nett und hilfsbereit.Beim Nachbarn kann man kleine Motorboote mieten, um damit durch das Archipel zu fahren. Das ist toll. Auch geführte Bootstouren durch den Schärengarten sind möglich. Lecker Fisch/ Meeresfrüchte kann man essen bei Blomlöfs, fußleufig erreichbar. Auch interessant das Marinemusseum. Hier im Bistro kann man sich am Büffet satt essen. Unterkunft liegt sehr gut gelegen, man ist schnell am Wasser, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man ist schnell im Szeneviertel.Die Unterkunft ist okay, man darf auch nicht zu viel erwarten. Das Bett ist ein ausklappbares Gästebett. Aber wir haben uns (zu zweit) wohl gefühlt.

Perfekt für den Urlaub zu zweit in Karlskrona

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Annex 1 und kommen sehr gern wieder. Perfekter Ausgangsort für einen Urlaub in und um Karlskrona. Soheil ist ein sehr angenehmer, aufmerksamer und sehr netter Gastgeber!

Zentrale Unterkunft am Meer

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Bei der Motorbootsvermittlung an seinen Nachbarn hat alles super geklappt und können wir nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die Ausstattung ist einfach aber ausreichend. Mit einem Kind sollte man beachten, dass es nur ein Raum (Küche / Wohnraum / Schlafraum) ist. Einziger Kritikpunkt, die Vormieter hätten etwas besser putzen können.

praktische Unterkunft im zauberhaften Karlskrona

Diese Unterkunft ist genau richtig für diejenigen, die einerseits Eine relativ ruhige Unterkunft suchen, jedoch auch schnell in der Stadt bzw am Hafen sein wollen. Wir haben viel in Karlskrona mit dem Fahrrad erkundet. Eine Fahrt mit dem Boot durch die Schären ist unbedingt zu empfehlen!Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gibt gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt!
