Come experience part of Downtown Salida History! This NEW condo is part of the historical Unique Theater renovation and filled with all the amenities that living in the heart of downtown Salida offers- walking distance to theaters, restaurants, art galleries, and the Arkansas River walk. The Main Level is open and spacious with a Queen Bedroom, large office/den (Murphy Queen Bed) and a full custom tiled bathroom. Second Floor has a Master Suite, with walk in in closet and and loft area with a futon for additional sleeping space.

High-end finishes include- soaring 12+ ft ceilings, hardwood floors, floor to ceiling windows and gas fireplace with rustic wood mantel. Kitchen is sleek with solid surface counters and stainless appliances- filled with all the tools you will need to prepare a meal for your friends and family! The outdoor space is a private 479 square foot deck with a fire pit, picnic table, grill and plenty of seating. Perfect for enjoying the beautiful Salida evenings!

Great location in heart of downtown Salida. Two blocks from the river. Only negative is the outdoor patio faces the alley and although there is an umbrella, it doesn't shade the picnic table. When hot and sunny, not convenient to eat outdoors. Otherwise, my husband, son (20), his friend (20), and I enjoyed the place.

Wonderful Salida Getaway

We stayed here for a couple day skiing trip to Monarch and it was absolutely perfect. Very clean rental and perfect location. We will be back!
