Set in the San Fernando Valley, this casual single family home has a studio suite hotel like set up for guest with private entrance and most amenities all inclusive. The property is close to the Northridge fashion centers shops and restaurants like Dave and busters. It is 1.6 miles from California State University Northridge, and 6 miles from Stoney Point Park.

Other amenities include an office set up, as another private room inside the suite. It has free WiFi printing, a wired eternet cable, and 2 desk, 1 desktop, and printer to use during your stay. Also there is free Wi-Fi and other power adapters upon request.

This large 400 sqft suite also has a small kitchenette set up with mini-size fridge, electric stove top, microwave, mini oven and a coffeemaker.Parking and laundry are complimentary.

Pets are allowed. Will consider month long stays depending on the situation. There is gated access and 1 step to enter unit from exterior private entrance .

Can't actually review the property

I never actually got to set foot here due to the fact that the host apparently never figured out that I had made a reservation (and emailed her per her instructions). VRBO didn't allow refunds as I had made a reservation so I had no recourse except to communicate with her. The only time I talked to her was asking her why I don't have check in information - she said she'd call me back and after an hour of waiting for some communication I tried to call back (straight to voicemail). Suspicious, I asked my husband to call on his phone and she picked right up, so I suspect she blocked my number! She left us stranded with no place to stay for a 4 night trip and with a 1 year old baby! Terrible experience and I hope she learns how to communicate before ever having guests.
