new house with 180mt2 of construction, fully furnished in the best resort on the island, the martinho very close to everything inclusive of all events in the boqueirão, or 900mts, is in a quiet and peaceful place. events such as blues island in July international festival of blues, island veraõ in January and February with several shows all free and very well mounted on the edge of the beach in the boqueirão.

Imóvel Perfeito Para Longas Estadias

Passamos uma semana em família nesse imóvel e a casa é realmente como consta das fotos, não tivemos nenhum problema com a estadia. Limpeza, móveis, utensílios, tudo estava em perfeita ordem. O proprietário foi extremamente antecioso e dedicado a tudo que precisamos. Como ficamos mais de uma semana, foi feita a limpeza da piscina devidamente, precisamos trocar o gás e o proprietário fez isso com uma agilidade imensa. Detalhes que parecem pequenos, mas que fazem toda diferença quando estamos de férias. Indico esse imóvel e com certeza iremos voltar.
