The large master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath has great views of the gorgeous manicured yard and pool area. Beach side sits the cozy screen porch, perfect for sipping tea and taking in the cool gulf breeze. Off the living room is the expansive sun deck, equipped with picnic table and counter height chairs and table, making your views of the gulf even better! Off the kitchen is the large laundry room and the other queen-sized guest bedroom with its own private bathroom.
This stunning home boasts 2 more guest bedrooms on the top floor; a queen bed beach side with fantastic views of the gulf from its own private balcony and the other, designated as the kids room with 2 single bunk beds. A full bath is located on this level to service both rooms.
Last but not least is the stunning back yard with private pool, hot tub, and tiki hut is an amazing oasis, and a perfect outdoor entertaining area for your family!
