This centrally located condo is minutes away from Barefoot Landing, shopping, fine dining and entertainment. This place has everything you need to make fun memories that will last a lifetime!
Beautifully furnished and Freshly Painted and decorated with charming beach accents throughout. Spacious living room with a private balcony that has views of the pool and ocean. The living area is equipped with TV/cable, sofa & chair. Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances; fridge, stove dishwasher and microwave, granite counter tops and a cozy breakfast bar. Conveniently located condo washer and dryer so there is no need to go to a laundry mat! The master bedroom has a King bed, TV, dresser and closet with a 3-piece en-suite. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, TV, dresser and closet.
This condo has parking, WiFi, cable and is equipped with air conditioning.

I purchased my own condo in 2002

The love for this area has made this a second home for myself and family
