The home was very clean. Comfortable space for parking. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Living area was great. Great views. It’s always nice when place turns out better than you expected. I highly recommend this home for vacation. Very Happy

Julie was excellent with communication. House and property are Beautiful. Kitchen well stocked. Beautiful views. Only disappointed was no clean Lake access and also no TV’s in any of the bedrooms. Would definitely recommend this property. My party if 10 plus 2 fur babies had plenty of room.

Communication prior to arrival was excellent; there was no need to contact the host during our four day stay. The house is very spacious and the view of the lake from the balcony is picturesque. I especially appreciated the fully enclosed yard for my dog. The furniture is in good shape and the room air conditioner a huge plus. There were plenty of towels. We were not keen on the bunk room due to the low ceiling, would have preferred side by side twin/full beds. The kitchen had just about every appliance you can image. I was happy there is a rice cooker. I was, however, quite disappointed in the kitchen. Let’s just say it needs a deep clean and some new cook/bakeware. IMO the house cleanliness was average and I can accept that unless more has been promised as stated on VRBO as ”VERY HIGH CLEANING STANDARDS.”

Great place in a great location, beautiful neighborhood, close to the Village and other places to eat and easily accessible to Boulder Bay, the zoo, hiking and the marina. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because no one wanted to sleep in the bunk bed. It was a little claustrophobic and the kids didn’t want to sleep on top either bc it’s too close to the ceiling and hotter on top. It would be just as easy and more comfortable to put in a queen bed in there. Also, the lake access that is 2 minutes walk from the house closed M-F which would be good to know up front. The only access we had was Boulder Bay which was a 10 minute drive from the house and usually crowded.

A big group of us stayed here for my husband’s birthday weekend and it was beautiful! The location was next to the lake and a very short drive (10 min) to Big Bear Resort and to shops. The house itself was really nice and there was plenty of space. Julie was such a great host - super responsive and very accommodating. Would stay here again!

We love our stay. Julie was responsive and professional. The house had everything we needed. Even though we didn't have any snow it was still our most fun trip to big bear. Will stay here again.

Had a great stay here over Thanksgiving with the family. The home is very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to make Thanksgiving dinner. The bonus was the beautiful sunsets we enjoyed over the lake which was directly across the street.

Stunning views!

The property manager was always a phone call or text away. Check-in was simple. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect. The views are beyond gorgeous!

The home was great! It was clean and well-stocked (except with coffee). The home's location and views were fantastic and the fenced in yard was perfect for our pups. We loved having so much space and the rec room with the arcade machine and pool table made it fun for the whole family.
